This locally owned restaurant is a gem !!! Always friendly staff, clean and menu is diverse enough for a group... We had 12 in our group and they handled it very well. Food was stellar and great service..

Food was excellent, but server forgot to put in one of our orders. Everyone was done eating when the final steak arrived. Didn't offer a free meal, or even a discount

7:15 PM reservation made months in advance. At 7:19 PM was told it would be another 20 minutes, unacceptable. Shared concern with manager Violet. Once seated, service and food were excellent.

I just don’t care for televisions around when I’m at lunch or dinner, I know I’m in the minority so I just deal with it

There was a problem with the reservation that would have cut 8-seats from the total setting, but with the help of staff and management the problem was resolved before anyone of our party showed up. Thank You..

We reserved a table for 9 to celebrate my husband's birthday. The table was ready when we arrived, and our server was excellent. My 3-year old granddaughter had several "requests" and the server went out of her way to serve all of us well, including doing extra things for my granddaughter to keep her happy. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the food. Thanks!!

We usually do weekly date night at Tucsons and it is always good! I wish they had a Porterhouse steak but the steak skewers are really good. Filet tender it is perfect for my wife and I! Good job guys!
