    Wouldn’t go back. The food was bland and tasteless. The meatloaf was dry. The side potatoes were so chewy rubbery, definitely old. Hardly any gravy , more like a broth. The toppings from the pizza slide right off. The Mac has no flavor whatsoever. Very disappointing as we were hoping to love it. The server was great for a casual restaurant. I would compare the food to Panera with less flavor, more expensive and table service.

    I eat here all the time and not sure what happened today. I had a reservation. Tried to check in but no one was there for about 5 mins. When she arrived a line was forming and she didn’t look at anyone smile or check people in. I checked in with her but she must not have plugged it in. People that came after started getting seated so I asked her our status. She checked with the other lady who said she never knew we were there and hadn’t checked in. We get seated and it took another 20 mins to get our drink order after I tracked down a server. 35 mins in total before a server took our drink order. It was awful service and all the tables around us were having the same experience. Total shame. Used to be an easy place to go.

    Great service and food! We ordered the Blue burger and Chicken Wrap with Hatch Chile Ranch. Both were really good and would definitely order again! I also really enjoyed the lemon lime spritzer. It was refreshing.

    Not sure what has happened to the restaurant. It has been several years since our last visit. We dined at an odd time 2:30 pm. Place was not busy inside but our waiter was covering too many tables outside. Took almost an hour to order (again the restaurant was not busy). He was doing his best. We had a very nice expediter however for what we paid the food and food presentation was subpar. Not planning on returning.

    Very nice location in Fashion Island. Restaurant is upscale but California casual. The food choices are designed to meet individual tastes. As for service - the waiters are the best. They help You creat an unforgettable meal.

    Meeting up with family for lunch and had heard good things about the TF Kitchen. Parking was easy. Not sure why I needed a reservation, since the place only had a few tables with patrons. We ordered and then never saw our server again till we flagged her down. One of my cousins wanted to order an additional item. No such luck. Other food was cold- sent back and the Manager was very kind and brought us a dessert on the house. Still no server, even though we kept seeing her pass our table with no acknowledgment. Finished lunch, boxed up and waiting for our check, still no server. I had to get up and flag her down. Paid the bill and expecting the change (coins) however, she didn't return it. Hmmm...we left an 18% a tip, but she didn't deserve one. Just didn't want the others who helped us get nothing. My cousin complained about her food and said she would never be back. I am thinking the same thing. Praise to the Manager though. He was very attentive and even took off one of my cousin's lunch from the bill.
