    I’ve been patronizing True Kitchen in numerous cities for over 6 years. This is the first time I had a bad experience. The restaurant was extremely hot. We asked if there was a table outside which there was a wait. Then asked if we could move to a table to feel the air conditioners they had in the middle. We placed our entire food order before moving. They seated five tables after us and four of them got their food before us. We waited almost 45 minutes to get our main courses. The two grilled steaks we asked for medium and medium (plus) both came out medium rare. We asked for a “refire” and waited another 15 minutes which should have been 5-7. The managers on duty weee not responsive and instead of owning it they made excuses. Unfortunately I will not be going back to this location any time soon. The waitress was great!

    Food took over an hour from ordering to come out. Both burgers were missing ingredients and were WAY overdone. Charred and inedible on sides. Serving sizes are too small. Server was nice.

    Their Signature Cocktail are rather interesting but also rather expensive foe what is served. The introduction of grass-fed beef items to the menu is a definite plus!

    I love True Food, and have always had an exceptional experience. This time we waited about 10 mins before anyone approached our table and I had to wave someone over. So that was a bit frustrating and seemingly out of the norm. Once our actual wait person contacted us there was no apology or acknowledgment whatsoever. They were attentive after the fact, but it was odd. Food was great as always!

    We had such a great experience for a business lunch at True Food Kitchen! We were running late, and they were very accommodating. We had a lovely table outside, and our server was the right amount of attentive. The food was fresh and tasty, and the portions were large. The manager stopped by to check in on us, and everything came out promptly. We would definitely return for another professional or personal dining experience!

    The food is good but significantly overpriced. For example, it was $25 for a poke bowl that the server correctly suggested would not be a fully satisfying meal without paying extra for extra tuna. The lunch tab for three people was over $100 before tip.

    Food was well prepared and good. Service was lacking. Music level was very loud and made it difficult to communicate. Music was meant for dance club not dining.
