    We've always had a great experience at True Foods. This one was not typical. I believe because it was Mother's Day that it was over an hour to get food from time ordered. Our waitress was proactive in telling us that they were very backed up so not her fault. We didn't have any good options so we waited.

    Phil was our waiter. Not only was he "in the weeds" with a large table, he unfortunately NEVER checked on us. If It were not for Anias (sp) a past server on our 1st visit that DID check in with us, the visit would have been more awful. We can be forgiving, but not when we're being ignored. Not only did Phil never check on us after taking our order (he didn't drop the food off to us either), my lasagna was burnt. I would have ordered another, but he NEVER CAME BACK. The mixed drinks we're also ALL ICE. We sucked it up (it was Mother's Day), but probably won't return. Shame...we really loved it the first time.

    Took 25 minutes of sitting at table to even be greeted with water. The food was not cooked through and was meh. It used to be better

    We usually really enjoy True Food. They were having a very bad night- out of several cocktails that were ordered, out of a couple of main dishes- seemed so strange. Worst part though was timing of kitchen. Took over an hour to get our food. Manager was very nice and handled it well- appreciated that but several of the plates were cold, even after his involvement. Very disappointing experience. We will stick to Domain location
