I've written to you about this. I did NOT get to go to my reserved table at Top of the Mark because the place was closed to the public for the day you accepted my reservation. The concierge said they knew for months that the Top of the Mark would be closed and they told you, but you somehow didn't remember. Not only did you confirm the reservation when I made it, but you emailed me the day of the reservation to get another confirmation. I didn't find out until I dressed up and appeared at the hotel. I have no confidence in you or them.

The brunches they put on are simply outstanding. The wait staff has been there for 15+ years and they know each other well - one server was there for 48 years continuously (ignore Covid)! You will be treated to a fantastic brunch with breathtaking views and taken to a world of SF not readily seen in today’s uber modern tech heavy city. This is classic SF charm!

The food and service were outstanding. Some of the furniture, paint, carpet and chairs need repair and updating. My wife’s dress snagged on a nail sticking out.

Top of the Mark is quintessential San Francisco. It was a gorgeous evening view of parts of SF and Golden Gate bridge at sunset. Photos were spectacular.

Amazingly wonderful place with the wonderful welcoming host Jose! We rrived a bit early ..was no problem and we musteve had the best table in the place..with the most beautiful views of this beautriful city! The menu is more an appetizer expensive kind of thing but we were treated as if wed ordered the most expensive items when all we really wanted were drinks. Tge server was nice attentive kind. When one of us had a slight leg injury Jose rished to help walk out too! Great palce wonderful employees and wonderul views! ..ps...when one of us in our party didnt make it, it was not a problem either to still be seated in a nice spot! was so appreciated!

5-star service from host and servers—thank you! Pretzel was so good we ordered one more! Nice charcuterie and cheese and tuna tartare. We enjoyed our Mojitos too.

We were disappointed. Service was horrible and as waiter gave me first glass of wine he told me it was the last of the bottle and they didn’t have anymore! Very shabby and dirty. Views were fine. Do not recommend

I’ve been to several rooftop venues in SF. This one always has beautiful views of the city. However, it’s the worst one so far in terms of the food and drinks. The cocktail were not that tasty at all and it was overpriced. Also, the charcuterie and cheese board were underwhelming and sad looking. Not worth the price. We went there on a Saturday evening. A jazz band was playing. However, we were billed $10 cover charge per person for the live music! Who charges a cover charge for musicians at a bar and restaurant? I’ve been to other venues before with live music and they don’t charge a cover. So this was quite a big surprised when the bill came. I would reconsider coming to this place. I would much prefer Starlite at the Beacon Grand or Shelby’s Rooftop at the Canopy.
