    We stopped in for lunch and ordered a Cuban sandwich and the Mahi Mahi tacos. The tacos were great! The Cuban sandwich was good, but the fries were old and cold, and very few were on the plate. Our server Darryl took our order and it took longer than it should have, considering the restaurant was not busy at all. We at first thought our order was never placed but then noticed everyone around us was also waiting on their food. Our order was finally delivered (not by Darryl our server, which is not unusual), but he never came to check on how everything tasted/if we needed anything. We needed more salsa for the chips and ketchup for the fries, but never got it. Darryl seemed nice but acted like he was new. He never checked on the table behind us either and they complained to the manager. We were going to complain as well after that, but it was difficult to get anyone’s attention throughout our lunch. Darryl needs more training.

    Chips were stale. One meal came out wrong and had to be remade. Wine was bitter and had been open for days, cocktails had to be remade. Waitress was rude. All around a rough experience, our first bad experience at this location but extremely so.

    Sat upstairs great vibe could listen to the music and not be overwhelmed…….solid wines and drinks, great service and the ribs and chicken were very good….glad they are coming to LWR

    Food is OK prices of course are too high. Service was very good great waiter. Noise was too high music live music too loud and too much bass. Our experience was on the first floor level of the restaurant.

    Overall underwhelmed Service inexperienced. Appetizer played not removed when entrees served until we asked. Had to ask for refills. $18 lobster roll appetizer deep fried and not tasty. Rest of meal was better
