Wonderful spot for dinner. Amazing customer service and detail. Ask for a table by one of their windows facing the marina and patio when making your reservation - these go very quickly!

Such a wonderful Sunday brunch experience. The service was impeccable. The food was well presented and incredibly delicious. Server kept up with coffee, water and tea refills. Food was served at the perfect temperature & pace. We did not get the buffet but ordered our breakfast off the menu. Will definitely be back for the buffet. Breakfast concluded with each of us women receiving a red rose. Total class act!

The service, the ambiance, the food and the drinks were outstanding! The restaurant was elegant with a gorgeous view of the harbour and the Niagara River. Beautiful location, quaint and peaceful. Our server Rudy was A+!! He was phenomenal! An all around wonderful experience!

We arrived and decided to enjoy a cocktail outside on the patio of the Bacchus Lounge. Our server was friendly and efficient and my cocktail (my husband wasn't feeling well) was perfectly prepared. We proceeded to the Tiara Restaurant and were seated by the window and wonderfully attended to by Rose. She is a delight; warm, friendly and welcoming. I ordered a glass of wine for dinner and it was perfect. I ordered a starter of sautéed mushrooms on toast and it was delicious. Since my husband wasn't that hungry he ordered 2 starters, caesar salad and mussels, which worked great with the bread starter. I ordered the pan seared salmon. It was a large portion but slightly overcooked and a little dry, but the flavor was excellent. For dessert I ordered a white chocolate creme brûlée, which was spectacular but I couldn't finish. It was a lovely evening thanks to Rose and her kind and attentive service. I must mention that we were one of two tables in the restaurant, so I can't say how it is like in season.

The fish tacos were very average and there was next to no one in the place at lunch. The servers were chatting to each other nearby and this detracted from the experience. Attention to the customer was not optimal with check ins at less frequent intervals than expected. Overall a very average to below average experience - expected much more from the likes of this restaurant.

Tiara restaurant is always a wonderful place to dine. We had Gerry once again as our server. He was fabulous as usual, professional, knowledgeable, very attentive and friendly. One could not ask for anyone better. The food was well prepared and delicious. It was a great way to end our Easter stay.

The best restaurant to go for a holiday or special occasion dinner. The menu is eclectic offering food that would entice any appetite. They have the ability to adapt most items to accommodate any food allergies or issues. Zoe, the pastry chef always has a dessert that can accommodate food issues as well as being decadent. Our server at this dinner was Andrea. She was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Her service was impeccable.

Our second time to have Easter Brunch at Tiara. The food is excellent. We ate in the bar this year, and it was great! Beautiful and quiet, with a great view of the marina. We’ll definitely be back!

It was our second time there and the view from the restaurant to the marina is great. Unfortunately our dinner experience wasn't so good. First we order some bread with the wine because we know that the mains could be late and the bread was late too! Incredible to have to wait for some bread and butter!!! The food is good if you are not vegetarian. If you are vegetarian don't go. I told that I was vegetarian when we entered the restaurant and the receptionist asked us about allergies but they didn't offer anything in particular. Only two vegetarian options in the menu. The same happened to us on a previous visit. Also we have the same bad experience at the Noble Restaurant at the Princes of Wales Hotel. I have the impression that the menu is "as vintage" as the hotel and the need some updates. The view to the marina is very good.

Overall was a good experience, the waiter that brought the bottle of wine took the ice bucket from the table next to us that was just used instead of bringing a fresh bucket. Small items, such as waiting for the Vintage shuttle, the host didn’t bother asking if we needed any help. Need to be more attentive to make it 5 star. Food presentation could be improved. The steak wasn’t well presented just a piece a meat on each side of the plate. Taste was fine, but not 5 star.

We had made reservation, requesting seating by window and noting special celebration, however hostess was not aware of any of this. Initially seated at a table that wobbled, no window table available, and we requested to be moved, second table also wobbled but not as mich. Service was great, the food was just okay, especially considering the cost. I was expecting more for such a highly rated dining room.

It was not busy so we got lots of attention. Lovely place for fine dining. We dined twice. The breakfast experience was the best. We were able to order a la carte. Ample and delicious portions. Our server Arthur was outstanding. For dinner, the food choices are few and limited. We could only order from a fixed price menu. Our server was very attentive, helpful and made my birthday dinner a treat. But the accounting part of the bill was terribly confusing. Needs to change.

Excellent choice of venue for a romantic, quiet dinner with a super attentive server, very professional and friendly and was able to make wonderful menu recommendations. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our menu choices and would definitely dine there again! Thank you for a lovely evening in a warm and comfortable ambience.

Our servers were wonderful..we were seated on time...the atmosphere of the restarant itself was great..clean. The food...there was certainly a huge variety of meats..veg dishes ...and deserts. Yet not one potatoe..not one...no salad or hot potatoe on the entire menu...we have never been to a brunch where a breakfast or entree potatoe of some kind wasn't offered. The temperature of the food was not hot persay..our ribs were leaning on the actual cold side..everything else was at the least " warm"....a choice of salad dressings would be wonderful..the only dressing at the salad area was similar to a tomatoe puree mixed with vinegar and spices...not everyones choice as the carafe was still full on each visit into the buffet room. Our first visit was made memorable by the remarkable staff...maybe in the future we would return ..with hope of some positive changes.

This was the second time we celebrated an anniversary at Tiara. It was the perfect choice and we will certainly return. The food and Rudy’s attentive service were beyond 5 star. I can’t praise adequately. The steak was done to perfection and the shrimp generous and succulent. The side order of veggies were fresh, seasonal and delectable. The desserts were presented with a very personal touch. What more can I say?

The service combined with food is what you expect from a five star establishment- hidden at the end of Niagara on the lake overlooking the water!! The wine options are stellar!!

Decided to try having our valentines dinner at the Tiara First off i had booked weeks ago. They sat us at a last row type table under a bright spot light The reception was less than interest but moved us to middle of lower level. Our waiter was slow to start My wife’s Caesar looked like it had been thrown together at the last minute and my pork chop was severely burnt with lumpy patatoes When the manager asked how things were Showed him the evidence of burnt meat. he offered to replace but my wife was already well into her pasta and i did not want to wait Waiter offered to refund but we pay for what we ate. Manager never came back to apologize There is no customer service at this vintage restaurant or a quality check before serving We stopped coming here years ago for that same reason and foolishly thought they had improved For the value stay away! Go to one of the other restaurants available

Food lived up to our expectations. Six years ago we held our nephew’s rehersal party here and they did a wonderful job for us.

Enjoyed the Valentine tasting menu except for the lobster risotto. Lots of lobster but the risotto was overdone. Mushy and lacked flavor. Not a single intact grain of arborio rice could be found sadly.
