I was required to submit a $20 deposit for the reservation and unfortunately it was not removed from my ticket. I have called the restaurant four times and have received no answer and there is no way for me to disputed via your app so your app was used to me, how do you help me resolve this?

Michael was an excellent server. Second time going. Music is a vibe. I’m always jumping up to dance. Unlimited champagne was also a vibe lol. Will go back. Food was good, basic. No side labor a la carte choices

Customer service was really good food horrible the server that we had was very nice. She attempted to make things right, but even the next dish came out and it was horrible is do not try the lobster roll,

The biggest issue was that the DJ was so loud my family stopped attempting to have conversations and we just went on our phone. The ambiance severely limited our ability to celebrate our mom on Mother’s Day. Having some music would be nice, just not deafening, table shaking bass. The fog machine for a morning brunch also detracted from the experience, making it feel like we were in a smoky building for brunch. My burger was ok, but the quality of the bun and lettuce were lacking, sauce was very little and almost no cheese on a cheese burger. The grilled cheese also lacked cheese. Our server Shanera was spectacular. She was vibrant and energetic and took such good care of us at our table. For the hassle and price this place was not worth it. The servers were the bright spot in the experience.

My second time trying Therapy and I was disappointed. I was able to be sat down a little earlier than my reservation. Our server Michael was good. Our appetizer was great , hot and fresh but one of our entrees the chicken biscuit was hard and a little on the colder side. My hangover with bacon was good but the bacon was cold.

The food and drinks were good. I recommend the Lemon pepper Wings. They are delicious! My issue come in with the bill. I paid 70 dollars to secure a reservation for 7 people. I was told it was only going to be a hold and after the bill was paid it would be taken off. Not the case! The bill was paid in full and they kept the 70 dollars.

Our server was the highlight of the experience. She has one of those kind, funny, infectious personalities that you can’t help but enjoy. She was honest in her recommendations and suggested the blackberry smash drink, which was great. The food was, unfortunately, pretty lackluster. We got the spinach and artichoke fries and the crab avocado appetizers and both were decent. The mains are mostly sandwiches, which is fine, but they lacked any flavor. The sea bass tacos were well cooked but were basically fish and tortilla with a sprinkle of pico on top. I got a side of aioli to add and it was at least decent. My friend lobster roll had no flavor, even butter or lemon, and was very bready. There’s also very limited side options (fries or salad) so after getting the appetizer fries, it would have been nice to pick other things to go with the sandwiches. All that said, if you want some apps, a party vibe, and great service, it’s still worth checking out for a drink or snack. Plus, it’s directly across from the new Sorry, Not Sorry ice cream window, so you can get fantastic dessert!

Staff was very friendly, although there were only a few staff members when we arrived for our 11 reservations. Food and drinks were delicious and prices reasonable. Location right on fremont was a bonus. Definately coming back for another Mango Rickie

Great drinks, unique and delicious options for food, and perfect for people watching. The chicken biscuit and gravy is fire and the bartender makes the BEST mojitos. Our server was awesome and hilarious too! We’re going back to try other things

While we were excited to try out this restaurant on Fremont Street, our experience fell short of expectations. Despite the sparse crowd, service was slow and disjointed. We sat down as a party of four and were served our plates sporadically, without any expectation or consideration for the timing of our meal. It wasn’t until all plates arrived that we could even consider starting our meal together. The final plate was a salad, by the way! The waitress, while friendly, seemed oblivious to our wait. Our disappointment extended tot he quality of the food as well. Penne pasta lacked basic seasoning, hummus watery, and what was supposed to be a medium rare steak arrived well done. The side of potatoes seemed to have been cooked ages ago adding to the overall lacklustre experience Despite the cool retro atmosphere, the mediocrity of the food and service overshadowed our evening. This was not the impression we had hoped for on our first dining experience on Fremont Street. While we consulted reviews beforehand, we left feeling let down. If you decide to dine here, be prepared for a less than stellar experience.

I love the atmosphere. Music and DJ was on point. Unfortunately, the food was not all that great and overpriced. But, if you're going for drinks and a good time, it's satisfying.

The Sunday Brunch with with DJ was a great vibe. The food was delicious and the service was good with a crowded restaurant. I would definitely recommend the brunch hour for good drinks, food and fun with friends.

Our food was COLD!! The steak was not cooked as requested. The potatoes were cold. The server took forever to bring salt & pepper for the eggs. The best part of the experience was the DJ. Also when we asked if we could move to sit at the bar, it was a problem and they wouldn’t serve us liquor at the bar, which the server did not tell us. Don’t go there for the food expecting a great meal. It’s mediocre.

I think the restaurant had a cool vibe. I met a friend there, that I hadn’t seen in a long time, so we wanted to talk and catch up. Unfortunately, it was just too loud to do that. I think if it was another time and I had a large group of friends, this would have worked better. Food was good and service could have been a little more attentive. Overall, it was a fun vibe and would return.

This is an amazing spot close to old Vegas or Fremont, we enjoyed the fun atmosphere, great dishes, and nice waitresses. It was actually Easter, and we were celebrating a birthday and this is the perfect spot if you want a dance floor and great company. Afterward, we walked and enjoyed the festivities on Fremont. Nice location!

Such a fun brunch spot !!!! The bottomless options are great, sangria was very good. Food was heavy but that may be intentional so people don’t get sloppy which makes sense. The DJ was great and I love that they played the music videos to the songs.

We come to Vegas every year and always stop by TherapyLV for the last 5. This trip the food was very underwhelming and the vegetables had no flavor. I had the lemon chicken and my husband the lobster roll. It was just ok. Every time before was outstanding. We will give it a try again, maybe it was just a bad day. I'm sure Sundays are off but that was the only night we could make it this trip since we have family in town.

I realize we were there on a holiday, but we have been before and really enjoyed ourselves! We expected it to be slower because of the holiday… but we waiting over an hour for our food, and our appetizer came out after our food. They would swap fires for mashed potatoes (even though they are the same price according to the menu) for my sister who has a gluten allergy. According to our waitress the entire kitchen staff apparently quit within the last week. The food was mediocre at best, and like I said we went back because of how great it was before. It seems like things have really changed here over the last year.

Every time we come to visit Vegas we always come here on Sundays, it’s always such a good vibe, great music, and the mimosas are on point! You are going to love it lol food is always great and flavorful. I was disappointed that they changed the menu, but the new food that we tried was very very good! Some of our faves are the calamari, the crab dip, the bacon wrapped dates, the maple and potato waffles, or something like that was so amazing! My husband loves the bison burger.We also always get good waiters and waitresses!!!

It's as if your favor night club and your favorite bottomless mimosas brunch spot had a baby together. You would love that child deeply. Just as you'd love Therapy.

This was my 2nd time coming here in a year and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The food and service never disappoints nor the drinks. The ambiance is great.

The vibe is definitely there as long as you are seated down stairs . Upstairs is very boring and there isn’t any energy or love up there. They forget all about you . The food is not great either , everything we ordered came out cold . The only other thing that was good was the service and the mimosas 10/10. Food 2/10.

Definitely turns into a party vibe after 12 pm. Food was very average but we had a good time. Expect people dancing and shaking a lil sumn

Everything we came here for that we saw on there online menu they didn't have when we came in person and ordered. The food was mediocre and the only thing that was up to expectation was the red velvet waffles. Our exceptional waiter Mike is what made our experience worth it. Very disappointing experience overall.

The food that was on the website was not on the menu. The chicken seemed like it was cooked in old grease. The burger patties tasted like frozen patties. The fries were soggy. Our group of 4 ended up paying over $200 for not so great food.
