The Waterfront Restaurant and Tavern has been changing the dining experience in La Crosse since 2006. By offering supreme product and hospitality, we have become a favorite of locals and a travel destination all in the same.     So happy with our meal at The Waterfront Restaurant and Tarveen. We got to sit by the window so had a great view. Very pretty restaurant and it was also nice and quiet. We had the calamari for the hors d'oeuvre, and it was amazing! We often order this when we go out - one of my husband's favorites - and this is the best we've ever hard. As you probably know, how it's prepared makes a huge difference. It was done so perfectly. Had the Salmon, a pasta dish and their soup. Everything was excellent! You need to go there!

    One meale was excelent, the oyher average. House salads werebest we ever had. Portions were large enough to fill a very strong appitite.

    Buffet food was never hot. Barely warm if not cold! For 42 dollars an person I expect hot food!

    Our dinner experience was amazing! The service was great and the food was better than expected and I had high expectations! I would highly recommend the Waterfront!!

    Beautiful restaurant! We got seated on St Patrick’s Day at a corner winder table with our friends and the view was very nice overlooking the Mississippi River. Our waiter was friendly but spoke loud and fast which was a bit annoying but the delicious food made up for it-the appetizer of escargot and my Filet Mignon was perfectly cooked and so tender. The dessert of Turtle Cheesecake wasn’t as good as I’ve had before but that’s okay. Will done again in a heartbeat! We all had a very nice evening!
