                                                          Server was very kind, attentive and thorough. We ordered Greek salad, French onion soup, tenderloin, mashed potatoes, mushrooms, each dish was very salty, where I couldn’t finish my serving. To be clear, I love salt! I was surprised that I found it too salty. I eat red meat about twice a year, so I’m ok with splurging for the best and this restaurant has the best local reviews. I will add the temp on the tenderloin was a perfect medium rare plus. We’re passing through and staying at the hotel, which has been a beautiful and wonderful experience.

                                                          Food was excellent, however expensive for what you got. Service was the problem. Seemed to be limited staff. Restaurant was not busy at all. Waiter would disappear for long periods of time, forgot to bring drink order and then took way too long for him to collect the credit card so we could cash out. What could have been an excellent experience was lost due to inattentive staff.

                                                          Ordered the bone in ribeye and it was one of the best steaks I ever had and I have been to many steakhouses around the US. Congrats!

                                                          All of the food came out cold after waiting over an hour for it. Also the waitress when delivering the food had to tell us one of the items wasn’t even available… why would that take an hour?

                                                          Our experience started with Jasmine, the receptionist. We had an adjustment we needed to make that she took care of for us, and the impression she made with her easy courtesy gave a great sense of the excellence to expect. Then there was Chris. She had an ease about her with effortless elegance serving our table, and we were impressed and pleased. With our special guest present, she added greatly to a very positive impression. Elizabeth supported Chris also with a quiet composure, taking care of us without interrupting. Oh... the food was excellent, too. Impressive meals!

                                                          The food is what really made the night. Upon arrival, which the restaurant was harder to find, we didn’t know it was at the lower level of the hotel. The host was pleasant, the restaurant smelled of something burnt. We were seated back by the kitchen/waiter area. Our waiter was not the most attentive; my wine glass sat empty for 3 rounds of our waiter coming around to “check on us” but not paying attention to the little details. The food was spectacular! Steak, filet and garlic mashed potatoes. Crab cakes for an appetizer, more limp and not crispy at all. Our drinks were 25% of the overall bill. Grossly overcharged for a Pinot noir and a glass of scotch. Overall for a regular Saturday dinner, it was very overpriced. 4.5 out of 10 for us.

                                                          This was our first time out to the tenderloin room and we will definitely be back! The service was top-notch. Everything that we taste it was delicious and the drinks were great. They really captured the history of the Line room as well as Modern touch and flare. The mini was big enough for variety but not too big for you loss. Definitely try here for a date night! The ambience is welcoming ❤️
