Great night out at The Plimouth. Buzzy, fun atmosphere (might be a little noisy for some). Lots of great cocktails and wine list is extensive. The menu changes frequently based on what’s available seasonally - very creative! The halibut was done to perfection and save room for dessert - the vanilla crunch gelato and double chocolate cookie was divine.

The restaurant is buzzing with energy, but it's not overbearing, more alluring. The service was excellent from the host & hostess to the waiter, Matt. The food "almost made me cry" my date said and I couldn't agree more, everything was delicious. I can't wait to dine again when the menu rotates!

One of the best dining experiences I've ever had (and this is coming from someone who eats out for every meal). The food was fantastic and the service was unparalleled. Looking forward to dining here again when I'm back in Denver!

We had pork riclette starter, which unfortunately, lacked seasoning. It was topped with a duck fat cap, which added no flavor and tasted overcooked. Then, spring onion tart, that also lacked flavor. Pastry was fine. Unremarkable. Cracklin’ Chicken seems a signature dish. It was the best $43 chicken breast we had yesterday. The chicken was cooked well and seasoned, asparagus was good, buttermilk sauce was good. Service was good, kitchen was slow.

I wish we would have grabbed an earlier reservation. The staff was great but our overall experience was not worth the price tag. We arrived on time(a feat for my family) because they restaurant has a quick 10 min grace period and we’re told that our table would be ready any minute for 10 minutes. The staff was apologetic about running behind so we gave them some grace. Once we were seated we dug into the menu only to be slightly disappointed when the two items we selected for our starters were sold out for the night. We took the server (Matt) up on his recommendations and ordered (as instructed) our mains as well. Our appetizers and wine were great. We had been promised our meal would be coursed for us but our main dishes lagged behind. The staff came by apologized for the kitchen being backed up due other bigger parties and dropped off a gratis arugula salad (my favorite bite of the night) but it still took a while to get our mains it was about 9:30 before we finally got our main dishes. When we did, my dads pork was pink and cold in the middle. But it was late and we didn’t want to send anything back. When a server stopped by to pick up the plates we noted the temperature (pointing to the rare meat left on his plate) and were told “we serve it medium rare here.” I wished they had mentioned this when we were ordering. Food was good, staff was kind, but the experience left me with a weird taste in my mouth. It will be a while before we return.

We had an awesome meal!! My wife had a vegetarian entree and I had the cod. We both had excellent meals. The cod was amazing. The fish came to the table perfectly cooked!! It was flaky in the best possible way!!! This is an excellent restaurant and we plan to return many times!

One of my favorite restaurants in Denver! We invited another couple to join us & they weren’t familiar with the Plimoth, they loved it as much as much as we do! If you haven’t been to this little gem next to City Park, definitely try it out, you won’t be disappointed!

Excellent food & service! Unique dishes and presentation, service is friendly and knowledgeable. The bartender helped us get creative with a yummy gin drink. We found it perfect for a relaxed, cozy date night!

Small intimate setting, but lively. Excellent service with a server who really knew the menu. Food excellent and lots of fun cocktails. Will definitely return!

Sadly a terrible experience after being so excited to dine here. My wife and I showed up in time for our 7:45 reservation and ended up standing around for 30 minutes in an awkward spot by the door while diners stared at us, undoubtedly wondering, "who are these losers without a reservation?" Because instead of seating us at multiple available tables that fit four people, the hostess gave them to groups who came in after us for their 8:00 and 8:30 reservations. When we were finally seated at an "appropriate" 2 person table after the excruciating wait, we placed our food order and were waiting at least another 45 minutes for our entrees when we threw in the towel and requested to cancel. Of course the food was just coming out at that moment so opted to take it to go as we were simply desperate to leave at that point. Our waitress was the only bright spot, a very experienced and kind woman who was apologetic for our bad experience, and she comped us one of the meals which I appreciated. But it still didn't make up for the overall awful experience, and we will not be back to try again.

The best dining experience my partner and I had while visiting Denver. The restaurant inviting, staff extremely hospitable and the food on spot. Slightly loud atmosphere, although expected for a Friday night.

First time here. We had a great dinner date and had scallops and the amazing Bison NY Striploin Steak. Small neighborhood restaurant surrounded by homes in North Denver. We will want to go back again in the future. Can't wait to see what the next bison item will be on the menu. Chef Josh - well done.

Very attentive staff, food all tasted delicious. Lots of wine options. Cocktails were hit or miss. Overall the team there did a great job of timing on dishes, bringing out starters in intervals to allow each dish to be enjoyed. Would come back here again!
