A Restaurant For Everyone! Our goal is to make everyone who walks in our doors comfortable while having a great dining experience with great food and drinks. Our menu offers a wide range of options at Lunch and Dinner. We have refreshing salads such as the Chopped, Caprese and the Raspberry Walnut Salads. We offer many sandwiches with fresh sliced quality meat such the Phoenix Dip and our Reuben, as well as delicious vegetarian Grilled Portabello and Black Bean Burgers. We serve amazing steaks such as our Pepper Crusted Filet Mignon with a Jack Daniel Cream sauce, Blackened New York Strip with Mango Butter and Prime Rib on Friday and Saturday night. Classics like Chicken Marsala, Salmon Piccata, Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf, Pesto Prawn Fettuccine and Halibut or Cod Fish and Chips are offered every night. We have an extensive and delicious Bar and Happy Hour menu with something for everyone as well. Come over to the East side of Bend and see what we have for you and your family!

We visited to celebrate a birthday. We recommend the spinach and artichoke dip, French onion soup, raspberry salad, chicken marsala, chicken piccata, and salmon. The cocktails and wine were also great. Service was also great.

Went there for the prime rib. It was listed as "market value" for a 10 Oz cut. Bill came... $52.00 for it. RUFKM??? A 10 Oz cut at a prime steak house isn't $52!!!. Mentioned it to my server, he apologized. Wife's pasta was bland. Won't ever go back.

My daughter requested this as her 19th birthday dinner. It was our family’s first time there and it did not disappoint! Our server was kind, attentive and quick. We sampled quite a bit of the menu, including dessert and loved every dish. Thank you

The Phoenix was a low-key place that had surprising good food. The service was excellent & the portions were on the large side while moderately priced. We would definitely go here again when in Bend.

Reservation worked great. We were seated almost immediately upon arrival. Service was quick and our server was right there whenever we needed anything. Food was good and portions were ample.

This is one restaurant we can always count on for being amazing. The food is great, there are so many options to choose from and everything tastes just like you expect it to. The service is friendly, helpful and good. Seriously, I don't think we have ever been disappointed. We dine here often and 92 year old mom is always happy to come here. Easy access with walker too.

There was nothings special about our experience. The hostess was pleasant The waitress was not friendly but did her job. The food was just ok. Each plate came with fries and they were cold to warm. My daughter sent hers back and they did send a new plate with hot fries. Desert was the best part of the meal Nothing made me want to return to try again.

We enjoy the food……….and the variety they offer. We require a table, not a booth because my husband uses a transport chair. They are totally tuned into that and are very accommodating. We like the Phoenix and will always go back again.

the restaurant was very COLD, uncomfortably so. And due to the chilly atmosphere our meals were cold in just a few minutes. Ruined our experience. I am a regular diner at Phoenix and was quite disappointed.

The restaurant was soooooo COLD that my food was cold almost instantly. I am a regular at the Phoenix but this was not a pleasant experience

Tiffany was an awesome waitress. Helped us move to another table after we discovered the sun was blinding us. She was very attentive, yet gave us space to decide what to order and then linger after lunch. 5 out of 5 stars!!

This was my 2nd time & I ordered the Top Sirloin which was delicious! Cooked to perfection along with the always delicious mashed potatoes & mixed veggies! It was my birthday & I received a delicious birthday surprise of brownies & ice cream! I’m excited to find a sit down restaurant where we continue to receive delicious meals!

We had a great experience here. Our server was attentive and friendly. The prices were very reasonable. There were so many options on the menu I had a hard time choosing. Extremely important for a pescatarian. I will definitely be going back.

Our server was very attentive but not overly. The soups were so so, the salad a bit wilted and way too much lettuce. The bruschetta was excellent.

We got right in with our reservations and promptly greeted by our server. She took our drinks order along with our meals order and our drinks came quickly. Both of our meals were very delicious. My Blackened New York steak was both cooked and seasoned beautifully and my husband loved his fish and chips. We’ll be back.

The food is always excellent at the Phoenix and last night was no exception! We had an excellent and friendly server as well. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday with our kids and grandkids. All were very pleased. We do go go here often.

Usually I sit in the bar hour for happy hour, but I dined in the dining room for the first time tonight. I really liked the atmosphere. Subdued music, comfortable booth, and a coat hanger hook! The server was great, prompt, and knowledgeable. The meals we ordered (three of us) were plentiful and tasty. Well worth the price. I got the mahi mahi, my friend got the meatloaf, and her husband got the chicken piccata. It was all delicious and overall a wonderful meal! Thanks to The Phoenix!

The Phoenix has a great menu with a lot of choices. Always good! Service with a smile! Chris is a very friendly and accommodating server. We needed to get to an appointment and he got us served and out right on time. Excellent restaurant that caters to many tastes and pocketbooks.

Wife and I celebrated our anniversary with an early dinner. No delay in receiving service. Food was delicious. Beautiful presentation. We had crab bisque, French onion soup, chicken marsala, and flat iron steak. No complaints about anything.

Never have had a bad meal at the Phoenix . Good food, excellent variety of dishes to choose from, reasonably priced and good service. The wine and cocktails are also very reasonably priced as well. It is a very popular place to eat, reservations are recommended.
