                                                                                                              We made a reservation for dinner on the rooftop and when we arrived 10 min prior to our reservation time we were told there was nothing available there and we couldn’t even go up there to get a drink while other people just walked in and went upstairs

                                                                                                              Says you need reservations for the roof...except they don't reserve the roof. The staff weren't very accommodating (we even had to push to get a hightop and bar chairs) until we made a bit of a fuss about professionalism and managing expectations. The food and drink is decent but overpriced for what it is. Also, their Perfect Pint is not an English pint. Further, their tonic line on the third floor was bad. Lastly, if you're near the balcony on the third floor, they do nothing to stop smokers from stinking up the place.

                                                                                                              We had a reservation for two and when we arrived the waitress was rude and told us they didn’t have any tables. When I stated that we had a reservation she looked around and ultimately we sat outside at the railing on a small balcony. Took 15 minutes for a server to come over and we saw the server 2 times after that.. once to give us drinks and the bill and then to serve our food. No one ever checked back. I had to go to the bar for condiments. I’ve been here once before and enjoyed my experience, but this time was a horrible experience

                                                                                                              Loved the atmosphere, service was exceptional, and most food was delicious. One person on our party of 6 did not like her sandwich so I gave food 4 stars.

                                                                                                              Exceptional table on the roof! We were a little late for our reservation due to the traffic in the city. But our reservation was accommodated. Service and food quality was outstanding. We frequent this restaurant several times per year.. traveling from out of state. Always a delicious meal.

                                                                                                              We originally made reservation online and called in a day later to bump up the number of seats and requested for the rooftop seats. The staff on the phone was courteous and accommodating. We got a section to ourselves near the balcony. Our waiter was very friendly and checked on us from time to time to keep the food and drinks coming. We had Calamari, Quesadilla, Wings, Guac, and Tenders, etc. All of them were great, especially the Calamari, crispy outside and tender inside. Everyone enjoyed their drinks and had a great time. We will definitely come back again!
