Situé à 5520 Burnet Rd. (Suite 100), The Peached Tortilla propose une cuisine asiatique réconfortante, avec des variations du Sud. Bien que le restaurant ait incorporé quelques mets favoris de camions de bouffe à son menu—les tacos et les sliders en sont des exemples—certains nouveaux éléments viennent s'ajouter et s'inspire de l'enfance du chef Eric Silverstein qui a grandit en Asie. Ne manquez pas le Southern Fun (un sauté de nouilles de riz larges avec poitrine de boeuf, chou frisé, oignons et herbes), le Hanger Steak Ssam et le bol Malaysian Laksa. Honestly I’m so disappointed because the food was great but HORRIBLE service. The person supposed to assist us was in another galaxy, I needed to ask for the waitress after being sited for 10/15 mins. I wouldn’t even try to go for dinner because of their lazy attitude.

Hannah was attentive, kind and provided perfect service. Thank you so much to the whole team last night for the experience, y’all made my friend’s birthday so special! The popcorn ice cream was absolutely insane (in the best way); everyone’s food was delicious, and we all left feeling very satisfied. Still can’t get over the card signed by the staff, s/o to chef Beto for the message. We’ll be seeing y’all again soon, thank you!

I came back in Aug of last year and gave it a 5. I was pretty excited to come back. Unfortunately, it was a bit disappointing this time. The service was good, the scallion puffs were very good. Person who brought it out also explained their take on it. However, the rest was very ok. The potatoes were undercooked and the meat was quite rare, which is fine bc everyone has preferences. The coffee tasted a bit burnt. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be back, the whole experience just wasn’t that great.

This was our first visit, after passing this restaurant dozens of times and always seeing it packed. Our experience was mixed. First of all, the yellow metal chairs outside and in the small room are extremely uncomfortable. Has anyone on staff ever actually sat in them and tried to eat a meal? The back leans so far that it is impossible to get any back support. Second, the kitchen was very slow and we waited more than 30 minutes for our meal. On the positive side, our server was beyond fantastic and modified many of the dishes to meet our specific requests. Our favorite dish was the Brussels sprouts appetizer. The salad was also good and the brisket taco bowl. Not so great was my hamburger which completely fell apart due to too much sauce and the fried rice dish which tasted burnt. We likely will not dine there again.

Thank you for the helpful feedback. We will go ahead and change the metal chairs out on the patio per your suggestion. Please be on the lookout within the coming 10-14 days as we have new chairs ordered. Regarding the taco bowls, we do offer the banh mi bowl, bbq brisket bowl and cauliflower bowl. Given your experience, we'd love to send you an electronic gift card to use on a future visit. My sincere apologies that your experience was not up to par. Delicious food but kind of expensive, we had a great time, food was delicious, it was a little noisy but not terrible, parking is a little weird but not impossible, overall a rad experience and we will be back again to have some more of those bacon jam fries! Service was great as was dessert too.

Good vibes and fun specials they have! I went with my very picky family so that’s on me but keep in mind some of the menu items are pretty adventurous. The cho-Chong salad wasn’t super seasoned, nor was the tofu in the tofu bao but nevertheless the Brussels were super tasty! Our waiter was super sweet, accommodating my veganism and my partner’s vegetarianism as well. Definitely going back for the drink menu and overall ambiance as it is BEAUTIFUL inside.

We had a great time! I love the decor, the ambiance was great, the food was really delicious and we ordered a nice mix of options. We did not have a single thing we didn’t LOVE. Everyone took great care of us and our server Eli was fantastic! He directed us on some great food, kept a close eye to make sure we were doing well, and even arranged for a birthday treat and card for me from the whole team. It was a very special extra touch. Highly recommend Peached Tortilla!
