It is understandable that Mother's Day is a busy day, throw in the playoffs and it's busy! Waiting over and 1 hour for food, and seeing other tables come in 20 mins after us and get their food is extremely disappointing. The food and atmosphere are great, however, the kitchen does not seem to be able to handle the size of the room.

We ordered a pepperoni pizza and the fuego pizza, both of which were fantastic, flavorful, and fresh out of the oven. The beer and wine selection is fantastic, and the service staff were efficient, friendly, and attentive.

This was the second time at The Parlour. We came for a birthday celebration and really enjoyed the delicious Malibu Sangria and Ravioli. Everything was clean . The staff were very friendly and very accommodating . Huge thanks to the manager for making our visit extra special! I highly recommend making a reservation on nights where an event is at Roger’s.

Pre Covid the Parlour was a favourite and we went there regularly. Post Covid the quality control regarding food seemed to decline. Thought I would give another try and brought a friend who had never been there. The bartender/waiter was fantastic as were the cocktails and appetizer. Both of our entrees were under welling as was the presentation.

Amazing food, super cool ambiance. A great place to go for a date or with friends. Absolutely stellar food. Had the ravioli and it was divine! Would definitely eat here again!

Our waiter, Ashton, was friendly and knowledgeable - there when we needed him but not hovering. Wood-burning fireplace on the patio but we chose to eat indoors. Environment was open yet cozy. Cocktails were well-made (with an entire book to choose from). Wine list was ample. Food was excellent. Roasted olives and carpaccio for apps and the vegetarian pasta dish and short rib ravioli for entrees. Locally sourced Gelato (from Pinocchio's) for dessert. It was our anniversary and we had other events to get to so we ate early and noise levels were low - easy conversing. I imagine it gets louder later. Overall a great experience and will definitely return

Parlour was very accomodating to us after we arrived late for our reservation, with no questions asked. Our server was helpful and suggested drinks and dishes upon request. We were very satisfied with the entire meal from start to finish.

It's pretty much the definition of middle-of-the-road. The food? It's fine. You won't be impressed; you would be disgusted. If Earl's were 20% worse and Italian you have Parlour. The service? Friendly and well-tentioned kids, but under-trained (probably by the disinterested-looking manager wandering around, dressed like he's going on a first date at an outdoor Chilliwack concert - not a picture of standards). The bar? Stock corporate cocktail list and warm beer. The ambience? 15-years-ago "chic", bland playlist played 30% too loud; once-attractive furnishings increasingly worn and wobbling from poor maintenance. Generic. It's . . . fine. You'll leave in the full knowledge of having eaten at a restaurant, but you'll never think of it again, or likely be overly motivated to return. If that's what you look for in your dining experience, Parlour will be right up your alley.

The wait staff were fantastic! The music in the restaurant was overly loud. We had to talk over the music. Outside of that it was a great experience. Great staff and excellent food!

Very cool place with a cool vibe. Food was very good though not exceptional. We had pizza (pineapple was great), chicken parm, and “the” ravioli. Service was very average and slow despite the place being 2/3 full. A nice place to hang with decent food.

Our first time at Parlour Italian Kitchen & Bar, service was excellent, the calamari and pasta was amazing with a great atmosphere. Definitely be going back again.

The ambience was nice, drinks were good, aesthetically pleasing food, but just mediocre at best. Went in a group of five, three out of five friends had stomach aches. Wouldn’t recommend going for food, just drinks and atmosphere.

Parlour is my favourite place to go before concerts and hockey games. Their pizzas, pasta, And drinks are on point. Serving staff is awesome and management is so friendly and approachable.

Service was incredible Kenzie are server was on the ball! Food was fantastic loads of flavor. Great value for what we got, close to Rogers so great for before action.

We really enjoyed most of our meals. The seafood linguine my husband had, although he said the pasta, sauce, prawns, and mussels tasted great, the calamari was very rubbery and took away from his meal. But the blueberry pizza and rigatoni were top tier.

Tiramuisu was just a chocolate cake. The meatballs were small and not delicioys in the spagheti and meatballs

We went before the Oiler’s game,it was delicious and the Malibu sangria was amazing. We also could park there while we went to the game. We will be back.

Great atmosphere and the food was deliciously awesome. Service was outstanding. Highly recommend the Parlour. We will definitely be coming back.
