This is our all-time favorite restaurant. They really outdid themselves this time. Not sure how they could get any better, but they managed. The food was beyond outstanding. It was spectacular! Our server was Matt, and he was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and especially the wine. His service was perfection. The views are to die for. Our experiences here have always been great, but this was the BEST ever. Thank you to Matt, the chef, and everyone at the Narrows. You are truly in a league by yourself.

Skip The Narrows and go to The Cutwater. High priced, tough steak. Go buy a prime steak at Costco and grill it yourself. To be fair, the onion soup is delicious.

The Narrows did a great job for my wife and my anniversary. The Salmon was excellent (they split it perfectly for us too). The tuna appetizer was very good - maybe the sauce was a bit too acidic, as it overcame the mild flavor of the tuna, but excellent flavor. The service was very good, as was the seating, ambiance, and view of the lake. We will come again for sure. Mike

We made reservations a month ago as soon as we could and also said we were celebrating our anniversary. When we arrived we were placed at the worst table in the restaurant. No where near the windows that overlook the lake. I went to the hostess who also happened to be the manager and mentioned that I make reservations a month ago. She was very rude and said it’s first come first serve and they don’t reserve tables. It took us a while to decide if we were going to stay. Our server then asked if we would like to be moved to a window table which we did and it was lovely. It turned out that a party of 12 arrived and the restaurant had a table on hold for them. Even tho the manger was very rude the rest of the staff was very good and the food was great

We have eaten at this establishment several times. The food is always superb and the ambience is awesome. It is expensive but worth the price.

The food was outstanding! You can’t find a better view and top notch food and wine anywhere else in McCall. We love the Shore Lodge and the Narrows restaurant lives up to the 5 star quality we’ve come to expect. Highly recommend especially for any special occasion celebration. You can’t go wrong!

Everything for anniversary celebration was lovely, down to the warm chocolate cupcake with raspberry filling. The food was excellent and done in such a creative manner. Fabulous. Chef!
