I took my mom for an early Mother’s Day dinner. It was her first time at the Melting Pot and she enjoyed every bit of it! Our waiter Callan was so nice and walked us through the menu and what to expect during our dinner. The food was fantastic! Thank you OKC Melting Pot for giving my mom a spectacularly memorable Mother’s Day!

We came here for an early Mother’s Day celebration and we were very disappointed. We have been coming to the Melting Pot for the last, at least, 7 years for Mother’s Day and other events and celebrations. When we arrived for our reservation, we were seated and greeted immediately. Our order was also taken immediately. We were notified about 30 minutes after that the ‘solar flare’ knocked out the system, so there would be delay in our service. At this point we still did not have drinks or any of our courses. Approximately 30 more minutes later we were given our salad course. We ate that and waited around 30 more minutes for the cheese course. After we ate that, it was again another 30 minutes of an empty table before we got our main course. We cooked and ate and the table was slowly being cleared. We waited for around 45 minutes for the chocolate course. What is typically a 1.5-2 hour experience was nearly 4 hours. We have a 5 year old and a 2 year old that were expiring quickly. Our waitress apologized several times for the wait and we understood that with the rush of a holiday that there would be somewhat of a wait, but nothing like this. As we were eating our chocolate, our waitress gave us all champagne (without us asking for it) and said don’t worry, it has been taken care of. To our surprise, we were charged for the 5 glasses of champagne and 2 of them weren’t touched. Our waitress was very friendly, kind and did apologize for the lengthy wait. We do understand that there are rushes that happen with Mother’s Day and that technical difficulties could have happened, but things were not remedied properly.

Such a fun and unique place to dine! We were in OKC for a conference near Bricktown, so decided to try the Melting Pot. The fondue was so good! We had great service, and the ambiance was very cool. Loved it!

We had a birthday dinner at the Melting Pot. Our server was awesome … couldn’t ask for better service. The food was excellent and the experience was as a whole was great fun. Highly recommend giving it a try.

This has become a tradition when we come to OKC. It’s fun, the food is good and interesting, and conversation is easier while you’re letting the food cook. Staff is very friendly and helpful - there are a lot of options and we are still learning :). We are still working our way through the selections, especially the chocolate desserts!

Was a great night! Aalauna was awesome. She made it even more special! My son and I did the Fondue experience for two. Did the Yin and Yang chocolate fondue! If you have the chance to go just jump in and do an Experience!!

I booked the 5 course experience and it did not disappoint!!! We came for my girlfriend’s birthday and it was exactly what it said “an experience “. Our waiter Blaine was amazing the food was delicious!!! I would definitely recommend date night!!!!

We tried the grilling for the first time, and we didn’t care for it as much as the fondue. The meat did not have enough flavor, and we didn’t have the additional flavor of the cooking style. I’m glad we tried it, but I don’t think we would do it again.

Love this place, overall fun experience for the family. Although we ordered fries with the cheese fondue and they came as the cheese was finished. Then took 45 minutes from getting salad plates cleared off until the uncooked meat arrived at the table. It was additional time that we sat there just waiting for food when it’s already a longer experience dinning out than usual.

We enjoyed our experience with dinner at the Bricktown Melting Pot! It was super fun for everyone in our group. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent! It is not a place we can go often as it is pricey, but it is a memorable event that will look forward to doing occasionally.

Parking is a big problem and the pricing at the closest parking lot is wildly expensive. Carpool to get here and plan to pay for 3 hours of parking from the get go would have helped us save some money.

The items are over priced. Also we intimated to them that it was one of our friends wedding Anniversary and as a courtesy and also for making a huge amount of bill, the celebration cake (tiny cup cake) would be complimentary. But they charged us $17 plus taxes for that also. It was our third time celebrating an event there and was never charged for that tiny cake but this time they did and I was surprised. The waitress also barely stopped by to check on us and we had to wait for 15-20 minutes to even request an extra plate. Overall it as a very below average experience for us this time and would be hesitant to visit this place again.

The service was terribly slow, we were sat at 5:30 and did not receive our meat and vegetables course until 7 pm. The server also seemed put out to help us, it was my daughter birthday and they did nothing to make it special, even when I asked a few times. Plus they made me buy an extra kids meat fondue to get the child the cheese and chocolate even though we had bought that an equally priced meal. Overall their customer service has gone down hill.

The Melting Pot used to be my go to restaurant for special occasions. The service lately has been verry poor. I love the food and the experience but due to the lack of service and the absolute disrespect from the management staff my family will be finding a new special occasion restaurant.

This is my favorite date spot. When I think of any place to celebrate, this is it! The staff are always helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is always stellar. Oh, and the Gluten-free menu options are my absolute favorite!

The service was amazing. Our waiter did a amazing job with everything. The ultimate 5 course celebration experience was one of the most unique things that I had ever experienced. I recommend this restaurant highly for anyone who just loves food in general because it was really worth it!

I took my daughters, 11 & 8, for a girls day out and they had a blast. It’s more about the experience for sure although the chocolate and cheese are tasty. Definitely add fries to your fondue option🤤 the only part that I don’t enjoy is cooking the meats for the dinner portion. Takes a while and the salmon sticks to the grill. We had fun and they loved cooking the food so it was fine that that part wasn’t my favorite!

Service was slow. Overall the experience was excellent, we waited so long they had to replace our cooking liquid because over half of it had evaporated before we received our food.

We had a great night celebrating my birthday here. The food was fantastic and so was our server, Cooper. He gave us wonderful food recommendations and service, and really made my birthday special! Thank you Cooper! Oh, and try the duck! Ridiculously good! I'm gluten free and had lots of delicious options. They had GF bread, sauces, cookies, brownies. It didn't feel like I missed out on a thing!

Our waitress was rude, I would share her name but she didn’t give it. She had the worst attitude, all because I forgot my ID. She gave us a lecture about not wanting to lose her job, I reassured her that I did not want her to lose her job but since I have an out of state license that does not offer the Real ID app, if she could just ask her manager if it would be okay to accept my photo copy. I am 27. Not 20. Her tone was piercing, loud and demeaning. She would not stop lecturing us about how OBI would come in and card everyone and she would lose her job, (we are in the open area by the door, she is screeching this loud enough for everyone around to hear). 1st. Who is OBI? 2nd. ABLE commission is the group that audits. 3rd. They dont audit that way, they dont come in and ID everyone. They send in secret shoppers. So anyways, after her tantrum she sends her manager over. At this point, she ruined our vibe. It wasnt even about the drink anymore. But her rude demeanor and outburst ruined our VALENTINES DATE. There was no coming back from that and no way we would feel comfortable with her serving us or tipping her. We asked the manager if we could just leave and let her know that it wasnt about the drink, who cares about that. We ended up leaving and going to another restaurant. I wish I got her name because I would say avoid her like the plague unless you want your night ruined. She had a party table and a few others and looked run down and unable to handle it, maybe that is why she blew up on us. We love the melting pot but will not be returning to this location.

Ran out a lot of food for $260 I feel like I should have gotten the package I booked. But the manager was nice and gave us gift cards
