Saturday evening date night with my wife. Busy place was greeted promptly and seated a few minutes later.our server was I believe Danny..was pleasant and knowledgeable. We ordered an appy and 2 keg Ceasars .when our happy arrived Danny took our order of 2 sirloin Oscar's and 2 glasses of wine. Food arrived in about 20 minutes wine did not arrive till we were almost finished our dinner. 4 out of 5 Dwayne Ouchar

The food was great and the service was superb. We went on a very busy night and we understood that things went a bit slower and it was a bit noisier. It was still a top notch experience.

We were celebrating my birthday at the west end location. Our server- Tammy was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We mentioned that my girlfriend had a nut allergy, Tammy made sure that there were no issues with the allergy, as well as one of the managers. Brett/Brent (so sorry it was a little loud and hard to hear names) also came to the table to check—- service ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Food was another story. This was our fifth or sixth time to The Keg and we have NEVER had any issues or mistakes with the food AT ALL- until last night (May 17) Apps were decent (mushroom Neptune-yum) Mains- mine was tasty as well as delicious (lobster and sirloin medium rare)— cooked correctly no issues with my main at all. My girlfriends however is another story. She ordered the Sirloin Oscar MEDIUM. When the plates were put down she knew right away it wasn’t cooked enough- it was RARE and the plate and sides were swimming in blood. We politely asked for it to be cooked more. They took the plate and brought it back about 10-15 minutes later, same steak new Oscar topping. Dessert- crème brûlée was ICE COLD. We have had this many many times and know that it is kept in the fridge and then the top is torched: Tammy came over and asked if we were done, told her about the dessert and she agreed that it did not look right. Bill time— took the dessert off the bill and the “new” Oscar topping. Considering the managers had already offered a free dessert for the bday the only item that they took off the bill was the new Oscar toppings. Not impressed at all. When you pay $50-60 a plate, and they comp you $10.00 after they did not cook the steak enough — we did not get loud or ignorant- considering it was their mistake in the first place, and considering they gave her back the same steak— there should have been more of a comp then $10.00. Her meal should have been discounted. The service from Tammy and the Managers were amazing, however we unfortunately will not be back.

Great location - very busy as it was a Friday night, happy I had a reservation so recommend getting one to avoid waiting long! It was a little loud in the place but the food and service was great!

Thank you. Tammy, our server was wonderful. The steak was excellent and the twice baked potatoes were delicious. Really enjoyed the bread and the butter was superb.

Mother's Day at the west end Keg was busy as expected so we reserved ahead of time. However, it didn't adversely affect the wait time for service or getting our food. Another pleasant dinner was enjoyed.

The Keg (West Edmonton) did not disappoint! It was crazy busy, as it was Mother's day, however the service was fast and as usual, outstanding! We were very impressed with how personable, patient and thoughtful our waitress was with our mother. The steaks were perfectly cooked and the appies were excellent. We definitely will be returning and highly recommend!

Our server was very nice and very understanding of my specific food order because I have celiac, also the manager came up to us to clarify everything for me. The food was very hot and very good! It was pretty busy as it was mothers day which is to be expected. We did have a reservation for 615pm. But didn't get to our table until 630pm. Otherwise it was pretty good overall.

The service was excellent! That staff was attentive enough to realize that we needed something, even though we weren't part of their table section. Believe me, our waitress was more than attentive, just as we all can all understand. Your waiter/waitress can't be there 100%. However the keg team was and showed my Wife and I 100%. Our food was amazing and was brought to us in a timely fashion. Our waitress was intuitive enough to know, not to bring everything at once. Appetizers, salads and main meals all brought out in that timely fashion so we could enjoy the meal, talk and enjoying our time out. A big shout out to the kitchen staff. Making sure our meals were done right and when it was requested. When you could tell how busy it was. It made Mother's day supper exceptional!

We had a wonderful Mother's Day dinner... food was hot and delcious.. Patrick our server was excellent and very attentative... steak, chicken and salmon were cooked perfectly! Highly recommend the Keg for any occasion!

Great service, just disappointed with the cleanliness of the space. All the chairs we sat on had crumbs, crumbs on the table (center area) . Poorly wiped down, cutlery looked dirty as well.

It was a super Smokey day and we had some anxiety about attending due to having asthmatics and young children in the family. We called prior to our reservation and requested if we could have our table far from the doors. They were so considerate and accommodating. We were celebrating Mother's Day and had 9 guests with a tree nut allergy. Lots of selections, food came In tasting warm, quick and delicious! We had a great time and have to say they did a great job!

We had a wonderful lunch in the bar with our group of 10. We appreciated there were a few different items available rather than just the dinner menu. I am gluten intolerant and I was so impressed with the care that went into the handling of my foods. It is clear they take this issue very seriously and I so appreciated that. We will definitely return. It was a Mothers Day to remember!

Had Birthday Reservations, our party was seated and we waited 18 minutes for a server to greet us and take drink orders, after I had gone up and inquired if anyone was looking after our table. It prompted the manager to come to apologize. I think we had a new server as we had to prompt them for refills as they couldn't anticipate an empty cup, we also had to pile our plates as they were very slow clearing our table. Our food came and the vegetables were undercooked to the point you couldn't put a fork in the carrots. A medium steak came out pretty much rare. The manager came over and apologized once again. All in all they comped us one plate for this Disastrous birthday celebration. Do yourself a favor and avoid this declining franchise, you are better served at XIX, Workshop, Ucellinos or any other fine dining establishment in the city. The Keg simply isn't what it used to be a decade ago.

We arrived 15 minutes early for our reservation and were seated after a few minutes. Our hostess left us with our menu’s and left. We sat there for 15-20 minutes and no one came to serve us. Other people came in and were seated, served, and received water. The hostess came and seated another couple after us. I called her over and asked if she could point out our server and she was surprised no one had served us. A server came and apologized for no one telling her we were seated. Then another server came and there was a discussion as to whose table it was. The second server took over our table and for the rest of the night acted condescending towards us by pretending to be a great server to us. The couple behind us were having the same trouble that we were and asked to speak to someone who again apologized for the server confusion and advised they would be compensated for it. No one bothered to offer us any compensation. Also the one side that came with our meal were some kind of dried chips??? What a waste of money. If that is the best you can provide then leave them off the plate. The rest of the meal was fantastic.

We don’t go out to eat as much as we used to because I seem to always find something wrong with the service, food and etc. Last night we enjoyed a perfect meal…. both of our steaks were done exactly how we ordered them – medium rare and the service complete with a complimentary dessert was excellent. If we had any negative comments, it would be the noise level which is so typical of restaurants these days operating at full capacity.

Our entire evening was perfect. Friendly staff from the time we entered until we left. Delicious food. It was a lovely evening celebrating my sister's birthday. It truly was an amazing time! Came to this location last year for her birthday and will definitely be back ... hopefully before another year has passed.

Service was great and quick. Food was bland , disappointing prime rib no flavor, garlic mashed potatoes were good. For $150 was really not worth it

Fantastic waitress. Just fabulous young lady. Hopefully we will get her again on our next visit 😁

Our server was lovely and we felt very well taken care of. That said, the restaurant was very loud and it was hard to have a conversation. The food was delicious but for what we ordered the bill was much higher than you’d pay at other places for a comparable meal. Overall we were satisfied with our experience but this will not be a regular dining out spot for us.

First time there and they had prime rib on the menu and that was also what they are know for from what the server said. So I ordered it and he told me it would come medium rare. Well that’s to done for my liking so had to switch to the rib steak. It showed up and was portioned nice. However it was not as tender as it should have been being it was a $60 meal. The mashed potatoes were brown from sitting in the streamer and were not very good so they went in the trash. I’m a big food guy and have worked in high end restaurant for alot of years. This is not the experience I was hoping for on my first trip here. The staff however was extremely friendly, accommodating and they even gave us a free desert since it was our first time. I did not mention the food until later when the lady delivered the desert and then she asked. Very nice place just not to my standards. Services was a 10/10 food was 5/10 in my option. Price was too much for the way it was cooked/ taste/ texture.

Got moved tables so they could change a light, had to wait over a half hour to get drinks and have the waitress take our food order and two steaks were not cooked to what was ordered.
