We arrived 15 minutes early for our reservation and were seated after a few minutes. Our hostess left us with our menu’s and left. We sat there for 15-20 minutes and no one came to serve us. Other people came in and were seated, served, and received water. The hostess came and seated another couple after us. I called her over and asked if she could point out our server and she was surprised no one had served us. A server came and apologized for no one telling her we were seated. Then another server came and there was a discussion as to whose table it was. The second server took over our table and for the rest of the night acted condescending towards us by pretending to be a great server to us. The couple behind us were having the same trouble that we were and asked to speak to someone who again apologized for the server confusion and advised they would be compensated for it. No one bothered to offer us any compensation. Also the one side that came with our meal were some kind of dried chips??? What a waste of money. If that is the best you can provide then leave them off the plate. The rest of the meal was fantastic.

We don’t go out to eat as much as we used to because I seem to always find something wrong with the service, food and etc. Last night we enjoyed a perfect meal…. both of our steaks were done exactly how we ordered them – medium rare and the service complete with a complimentary dessert was excellent. If we had any negative comments, it would be the noise level which is so typical of restaurants these days operating at full capacity.

Food was good. Service was decent, felt like we waited a long time to get water. It was so loud in the restaurant that it was difficult to hear the person across the table, which was quite disappointing.

Our entire evening was perfect. Friendly staff from the time we entered until we left. Delicious food. It was a lovely evening celebrating my sister's birthday. It truly was an amazing time! Came to this location last year for her birthday and will definitely be back ... hopefully before another year has passed.

Our server was lovely and we felt very well taken care of. That said, the restaurant was very loud and it was hard to have a conversation. The food was delicious but for what we ordered the bill was much higher than you’d pay at other places for a comparable meal. Overall we were satisfied with our experience but this will not be a regular dining out spot for us.

First time there and they had prime rib on the menu and that was also what they are know for from what the server said. So I ordered it and he told me it would come medium rare. Well that’s to done for my liking so had to switch to the rib steak. It showed up and was portioned nice. However it was not as tender as it should have been being it was a $60 meal. The mashed potatoes were brown from sitting in the streamer and were not very good so they went in the trash. I’m a big food guy and have worked in high end restaurant for alot of years. This is not the experience I was hoping for on my first trip here. The staff however was extremely friendly, accommodating and they even gave us a free desert since it was our first time. I did not mention the food until later when the lady delivered the desert and then she asked. Very nice place just not to my standards. Services was a 10/10 food was 5/10 in my option. Price was too much for the way it was cooked/ taste/ texture.

Got moved tables so they could change a light, had to wait over a half hour to get drinks and have the waitress take our food order and two steaks were not cooked to what was ordered.

Love the Keg but west end location needs an overhaul. Washrooms are dated with cracked sinks, high ceiling makes it super loud. Original tables, etc. It was busy cause peeps love this restaurant but could use some TLC. 👍🏻

The Keg is our favourite restaurant to go and celebrate any / every occasion our family experiences… I always make a reservation… so , I want to make sure our family and guests has the best experience in this life . Only recently we noticed the change … why would make a reservation?.., when anybody else who just shows up getting in faster than you can say “Indiana Jones “ ? All in all our experience wasn’t the greatest this time . The “seating hostesses” make us feel not welcomed made us wait a long time . Our waitress was super hyper forgetting a lot of details … changes in the menu ( we always order the same thing … so , we notice any changes they make ) changed the source of the calamari, changed the sauces ( made us note to order those again ) … maybe … just maybe they can redeem themselves… maybe not … who knows . We will give them one more chance and then we will go from there…. ! Sorry … but this is how we feel . Just one more thing … we had our 37th wedding anniversary… so, I really don’t want a Billy minor pie … maybe a glass of champagne. That would be more appropriate…. Thanks a million. I hope you want to keep your loyal customers and try to be just awesome! Ildiko

Could you a little updating. The cushions on the benches were cracked and rippped. The bathroom sink were cracked and the toilet had blue green stuff all over the back. Its always amazing food and service as we have been coming for our anniversary for the last 21 years minus telhebyear if covid when everything was closed

Excellent overall as usual. New items on the menu were great. We had the roasted Ceasar Brussel sprouts which were awesome. My Keg burger was delicious as always and my husband's prime rib was excellent.

Always love coming to the Keg for our favorite meals. The food is always great and the value for the money is still awesome. My only critique is that this location seems to be tired in its decor and ambiance. Would love to see it with a new look in a refreshed space.

We had not been to the Keg for a few years as we live in Jasper. The dining experience is delicious and delightful as we new it would be. Nino, was our server and he gave us attendant and outstanding service. 👍

It was our first time at this restaurant. No only the food was amazing but also the team was wonderful. I highly recommend this restaurant. It was the best steak I have ever had. Thank you for the great service.

Had a reservation, was shown to the table and quickly turned around as it was still occupied. Staff kept us informed as to their search for an open table and was apologetic. After 10-15 minutes Graham was able to seat us, with more apologies for the seating issue. Restaurant and lounge side were exceptionally busy. Servers were busy also. Food was excellent, delivered as ordered/modified though a bit longer between courses due to patron volume. Overall still okay for a busy Saturday evening service.

Service from out waitress was obsolete. She took no care in really serving us, or checking on us. Very slow responses. Had a steak come out over cooked, and when I got the replacement, it was undercooked, and the rest of my party had already finished eating, so I had to eat by myself while the waited.

I came to The Keg west Edmonton for my birthday dinner with family. I’m not sure what our servers name was but she was so amazing!! She really made the experience amazing! She really catered to my niece who was shy and made us all feel very comfortable during our dinner.

The hosts were incredible and very friendly. Our server Reid C. (If I'm not mistaken) was very awesome. He greeted us with energy and super friendly. We were celebrating our anniversary and we wanted exactly what he was going to give us for the dessert! He's a wonderful man. Thank you for your great service!
