Our dinner was great! The food and drinks were all excellent. Our server was friendly and very attentive. They even brought my husband a complimentary piece of cake for his birthday. It was also delicious!

What a great way to celebrate our son’s birthday! The food was all cooked to everyone’s liking. Waiter was super friendly and accommodating with our young family. Will be back again!

We were pleasantly greeted when arrived, seated within a few minutes waiter was friendly and explained the menu & took our drink order along with appies. Quick service with our order Steaks were done to perfection for two orders And beef sandwich was very tasty I highly recommend this restaurant!!

Our waiter Ben was incredible. He was very knowledgeable about what the menu had to offer and when the food would be ready to come out. Everything was perfect for my birthday. The Billy Miner dessert did not disappoint !!

We showed up 30 min early for our reservation. They said no problem and showed us right to a table. Ben was our server. Very polite and friendly. Let us know what’s new and still the same. Food was really good. We both had Prime rib. Lots of food, not too busy so not noisy at all. A nice Anniversary supper out. Our first time at this location, I would highly recommend it!

We were disappointed with the Keg overall,food was okay ,horribly loud ,all hard surfaces, could barely hear my wife talk to me ,ome sever walkimg aroumd behind everyone with an Ipad ,checking how you were doing so they can get you out faster, very irritating, and showsting fires when I ordered Keg cut fries,we will be finding a new place to.go for special occasions, it has turned into another overpriced chain restaurant

We usually have a great experience at the Keg, so were a bit let down this time when our steak wasn't even close to being cooked how we asked, the noise and traffic around the table they gave us right by the kitchen was annoying and disruptive, and the temperature was so cold in the restaurant which made us just want to eat fast and leave. Not the usual special experience we are used too at the Keg.

Our server was rude and over bearing. Argumentative. We have been to that keg 100's of times and never had an experience like that with a server. She would interrupt us and even when asked for a few extra minutes to enjoy our company and visit with each other she would still Interrupt. She had her own agenda on how we should order/drink. I don't think she should call 40-50 year olds "Miss" or "darling" it's offensive especially after you've been rude several times. My husband actually wanted to talk to her and let her know how not to talk to customers about what they want or how they should order. I actallly wanted to give her a zero tip (which we usually tip at least 20%) but I didn't. I regret giving a tip at all. She definitely ruined our night out, when asked how was supper last night, all we can say is how a bad the service was and usually when we go to the keg, we can say it was a great night. We will be back but I will remember her and if seated in her section, we will be asking for another server.

It was really nice, unfortunately they were out of the Prime rib and we were ordering before 7pm. But the food we had was delicious, they are always consistent!

We’ve been going there every now and then and for special occasions. The server Thyrone was very pleasant and nice. Overall it was a good birthday dinner.

I had made a mistake in my reservation and said it was 6 people and it was actually for 8 people. The staff at the Keg went over and above to make room for the 8 of us, as we were celebrating a 50th Anniversary! Morgan our server was very attentive and the food was delicious!

I had the prime rib. It was far under done, and hard to eat. Very chewy. I didn't read the description of what it came with. But, needless to say, i was surprised it didn't come with a vegetable. Unless, they consider the crispy onions the veg. Anyway, the manager gave me 15 bucks off. I guess it's better than nothing. I won't be returning

Service and steak were fantastic. We had the baseball top sirloin steak, caesar salad salad and baked garlic shrimp. One of the steaks our side was scallops shrimp in a cream sauce. Table bread was nice warm and fresh. I'll attach pictures. Delicious food, wonderful service and a lovely secluded table away from the noise. Again, the Keg knows how to cook a steak!

We arrived early and sat at the bar, Justice served us and immediately said that our drinks would be transferred to our dinner tab (which is very convenient). He was very pleasant and ensured that we were well looked after. Once at our table, our server Louis, did an absolutely amazing job, he had the perfect balance between being too attentive and not attentive enough. The meal was perfectly prepared and served. I cannot recommend the Keg, at South Common Edmonton, highly enough.

Seating personnel and server were polite. Had to ask for water and never had it refilled. The rice was not to my liking, seemed a little dry. Veggies weren’t our favourite either. Still felt like we were given a bit of the “bums rush” as towards the end there were several persons checking on our status. NO WHIP CREAM. Such a shame as the baileys and coffee was disappointing. I don’t do cold foam. May not be our go to for special occasions in the future but will utilize the restaurant for casual. Was disappointing 😔
