Arrived early for a nice quiet dinner. Coady, our server, was exceptional! He was very professional, made great recommendations and our entire experience was memorable. The food was fantastic with steaks done to perfection, salmon moist and delectable too. Small minor blip with one entree but Coady made it right and this again, shows the quality of a great server. We absolutely love the Keg for any occaision and will keep come back again and again.

Cody, our server, was awesome! We remembered him from my birthday 5 months before. I've never had a bad meal at the Keg. Need to try and go more often to try more things, always get the usual.

Our waiter was great however the cleanliness and food was not that great. The lamp on the table was quite dusty and had old food on it. The table where it attaches to the wall was filled with crumbs and looked like pop spilt down the wall of the table. The garlic mash and ceaser salad were great, steak had alot of fat and the vegetables were still hard. We haven't been in a while and I just find the quality for the price has really gone down. Happy the service from our waiter!

One thing bad everything else great. Server excellent we hopefully learned and will bring the second beer out quicker. Waited 15-20mins after asking for another Rickard’s red. They did bring a beer out very fast after she checked on it. But it was the wrong one. Not mine. Long story short is i did ask for an extra beer earlier than all others at the table. This turned into the 15-20min wait or acknowledgment that it has not come out. Then the whole table ordered their second drink which is great. Everyone got their second drink i just had to wait for that second round to be placed and then mine came out as well. I thank them for comping my beer. It was a long wait for it. Steaks where all cooked excellently for all people there. I now know Im not too much of a fan of a 12oz top sirloin. Definitely like the New yorker. Great table 14. I will always request that one from now on. Waitress was friendly and we learned a-lot about her travels and drinks. Funny and great.

Shannon was by far one of the best servers we have ever had anywhere!. Her attention, kindness and genuinely caring attitude was incredible. She made us feel most welcomed and important on our 35th wedding anniversary!

We celebrated my wife’s birthday and right from the start The Keg staff was excellent. The staff found out it was my wife’s birthday and made her feel special all evening. Shout out Mark our waiter. We were not pressured and each phase of our evening was prefect. Our steaks were cooked the way we our them and our meals were the right temperature. We will be back. Rick and Brendalee

We went for our first ANNIVERSARY AND IT WAS A SPECIAL NIGHT INDEED. We were seated right away and served hot bread a delicious butter. Our server Colin was very good, he put us both at ease and in a great mood for the evening. The appetizers were delicious but when our steak came and we cut into to them, having been prepared exactly like we ordered well that just made a great evening almost perfect. Colin did such a good job catering to us stopping by to check on our drinks or just with a humorous tidbit, we never felt rushed during the entire night. We finished the night with coffees and a huge piece of complementary ice cream cake which went perfectly with the coffees. Thank you to Colin and all of the servers as well as the chef and the manager of the KEG for making our Anniversary special.

I have never been disappointed with the service, atmosphere, food, and selection. Eating here is always a treat. Minus choosing to over eat =) cause it’s so delicious it’s a 5 out of 5 in every category.

The Prime Rib was excellent as usual. Disappointed with vegetable accompaniments though. Very few mushrooms buried under some kind of onion crispy things. Used to have asparagus, cauliflower, green beans or other vegetables

We had a party of eight. Our table wasn’t ready when we got there. When we asked for an extra minute to decide on food, the waitress didn’t come back for 20+ minutes. The food seemed delayed also. Then same thing happened when we asked for the bill, we had to ask twice and waited a long time. Because of the slow service, we were there for 2 1/2 hours.

My son and I were at the Keg Skyview on April 22 for my birthday, which was the day before. Our server Rachel was awesome: friendly, accommodating, amazing P.R. skills and service was first class. The food was top notch as usual, especially the Billy Miner Pie, which was provided no charge due to the occasion.

My wife and I almost always go to The Keg to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we've never been disappointed. The service and food are always excellent, and we always get a dessert treat, on the house, as a thank you for dining there in celebrating this special occasion.

The people seating us looked bored and there was no real greeting when we came in, there was even a smile or a welcome to the Keg. Our server that we only seen twice for our almost 2 hours there forgot parts of our order, he asked if we were there for a special occasion and we said it was out anniversary he said congratulations and the Keg would provide us a free desert and then we never seen him again. I love the Keg but the service this night left us with doubts. I know the Keg is a busy place but when you come in and treated almost like an afterthought it make me pause in thought.

The service was not the best. Could barely get drink refills, and could not get service to get some steak sauce for our meals. Was not able to get a box to bring out left overs home with. Overall the lack of service took away from the meal.

Collin our server was amazing! Super easy to talk to and it didn’t feel forced. On top of that the food was great and came in a timely manner. The manager I think named Rob came and checked on us as well which was nice! We will definitely be coming back to this location!
