We were celebrating my stepson and partner’s birthdays. We had a server we’ve had previously-I think his name is Garett or Gareth? Definitely an awesome server. Outstanding service, all the food was delicious and we had a great time.

Canucks playoff game seemed to have staff a bit distracted. Bread served barely warm. Caesar brussel sprouts not hot when served. Finally got the servers attention and sent them back. They came back second time NOT hot. I gave up, took them home and heated them up in my microwave. My steak was good but none of our meals were particularly hot.

Far too expensive now. We’ll be finding somewhere else for our dining choices in the future

Food was amazing. It was our waiter who was the issue. He introduced himself as McKenzie. We had to ask him for bread. He pointed at a separate menu and said these are the specials. He was good about topping up our water. He only circled once to ask how our food was. He never asked my daughter if she wanted a drink with her food so we had to ask him for apple juice. The Resturant was blazing hot. My daughter went flushed and had to lay down on my mom’s lap cause she was so hot. When my mom was ordering her food she wanted to switch her starter for an add on with her entree and the waiter was confused on what she was trying to say. He wasn’t as attentive as the other staff. We go here twice a year for anniversary’s and birthdays. We’ve had amazing service before but this was like he was working at Montanas and not a high end Resturant.

Best service we have had. Our server made the difference. Mika (sp) was lovely. Food was excellent as well.

Everything was great except on my way upstairs my shoelace caught a screw sticking out and when I tripped I wrecked a $400 pair of shoes
