Sat in the lounge at one of our favourite tables. Was there for Happy Hour, excellent price on wines. Good amazing fantastic service!

We go every year to celebrate my late wife's birthday. The staff are always top notch. The food is excellent timings are perfect. I would recommend the Keg to any carnivore

We there for our son's birthday dinner. No special fuss or birthday wishes. Asked a question about onion rings and she returned 7 minutes later and said she couldn't find anyone to ask? Food order showed up (finally!) was slightly wrong but we couldn't wait any longer and we were overcharged - not our usual price for our usual order. Just a total MEH night and not worthy of a celebration. She had every opportunity but massive fail. Took cap from our wine and then had to take our bottle in search of a cork (another 10 min). Had to ask and wait over 12 minutes for the piece of cake (had to ask for it to go because of the slow overall service). Just dropped at the table without a word. Will reconsider visiting as we certainly didn't have a Keg experience.

My husband and I both ordered Prime Rib. Mine was cooked as ordered but was just so so as far as tenderness. My husbands was cooked as ordered but was mostly fat and or very poor quality. They happily replaced his order but again the meat was just so so as far as tenderness. We had the expectation of it being a lovely tender piece of meat. We were fine paying the amount had the meal been great but leaves a bad taste when the meat is not great. Entertainment dollars can be a stretch for a special occasion (our anniversary) but we felt worth the cost. After the poor quality of meat we shall have to rethink this location. The waitress could not have been sweeter or more accommodating trying to make it right.

Noise level too high,I wear hearing aids and the booth didn’t shelter enough to have conversation with my partner. Meat was over spicy, couldn’t taste the meats natural flavour.

We went to the Morgan Creek Keg location. This was for my birthday. We have been there three previous times occasions in the past two months for our date nights and anniversary. The Keg delivered again with excellent service, food and atmosphere. Our server was amazing. She has been working there for the past 8 years and one can tell she loves what she does. A Hugh shout out to Georgia W for doing g such an amazing job We hope to see her and sit in her section once again for my wife’s upcoming birthday on June 15. Thanks again for being such a special place to celebrate

As it was three weeks ago, the food was fantastic. The service was amazing and overall, we had a freaking great time. The keg in white rock is one of the best kegs for quality and consistency Looking forward to our next visit.
