Had friends coming from overseas and wanted them to try the prime rib but it was sold out. Server said it was because they don’t prepare as many especially towards the end of the evening. Ordered the loin instead but it was a bit dry for our liking. But service and ambiance were great.

Great as usual. Servers friendly, service quick and food was delicious. I always get the rib steak and finish half and take home another full meal for the next day.

The Keg was not on their usual game of outstanding quality and service last night. Ordered a sour apple martini (this is my drink of choice for the Keg) only to be served a pink colored drink,,, when I questioned the waiter (who was very nice) he said the bar tender assured him it was a sour apple. Turns out it was a caramel apple martini which was good but not what I ordered. This is also after waiting over 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive. Alas, we ordered a shrimp cocktail and the lobster tail dinner and unfortunately it was all tasteless. Thank God we had the over salted melted butter to make the seafood enjoyable. Overall experience was still good but disappointed it was not excellent as we did spend $250. I still love the Keg and am looking forward to a more predictable experience next time.

Always a consistent great time with fantastic vibe here. Monica was a great table manager and kept a smile on our face from minute one. James and Katy were a valuable team to our great experience. Thank you very much. Always a great time!

It was really good. Our server was very attentive and friendly. Good was okay. Steak and lobster was better last time I was there. Anyhow the table was a little small for the 4 of us. Didn’t want to order more cause are tables are small. Excellent Bellini.

It was a fantastic night celebrating two occasions my sons girlfriends birthday and my other sons PhD. The food was amazing and the service from Wayne our server was above top notch.

My recent visit to The Keg left me with mixed feelings, primarily due to the lackluster table setting. Among the various kegs I've frequented, this one fell short in terms of ambiance. The seating area felt dry and bare, with tables positioned uncomfortably close together, resulting in an incessant hum of conversations from neighboring patrons. However, despite this disappointment, The Keg redeemed itself with its exceptional service. Our server was nothing short of fantastic, demonstrating attentiveness and professionalism throughout our dining experience. From promptly taking our orders to ensuring our glasses were never empty, they truly elevated our visit. Moreover, the food quality remained consistent with my expectations of The Keg – reliably good. Each dish delivered on flavor and presentation, reaffirming why The Keg is a go-to choice for dining out. In conclusion, while the ambiance may have left much to be desired, The Keg ultimately delivered where it mattered most: in service and culinary excellence. With a bit of improvement in the seating arrangement, this establishment could easily elevate itself to even greater heights.

Absolutely love going to the Keg pre-game. We always sit in the bar, still the same great food with a more relaxed atmosphere and games on tv. Not noisy, just fun. Staff work together as an attentive team and our server was incredibly friendly and helpful with wine and food selections. We opted for some apples to share and they were all delicious (sliders, Brussel sprouts and wedge salad with blue cheese dressing - yum!) We were also able to take advantage of some Happy Hour pricing which was a bonus.

Restaurant was out of prime rib altogether (which was signature item), they didn’t tell us until 15 mins after we ordered. Paid $65 for a steak that was extremely disappointing for a so-called steakhouse - wasn’t worth $25.

We did not get our bread or our butter. The lobster tail was cold and they had to bring it back to the kitchen. We did not get extra dinner plates which we had to ask for. The butter for the lobster tail was not warm. Also our kids did not get the veggie plates and our server said he will bring it and he never did. We wanted to order the happy hour drink however we told to go down stairs and order from the bar after our dinner was finished. The experience was not what we hoped to come to the keg for a birthday celebration. We would appreciate a credit for another do over.
