My husbands meal was excellent, my teriyaki sirloin was very tough. Was taken off our bill, which was appreciated. Our server was fantastic

Prime Rib and Rib eye steaks were excellent! Consistently is key to getting the customers back for more and you delivered! Service was great! Meanwhile, sautéed mushroom is under-seasoned and flavorless, accompanying Green beans and carrots are lackluster, completely under-seasoned and boringly blanched instead of sautéed or grilled, taking away the whole experience from such an amazing Steak. Baked Potatoes were good size and with generous toppings.

Excellent Experience Tonight! We had the filet mignon and the prime rib sandwich. Both with mashed potatoes, salad and onion rings on the side. All so good, couldn't finish it all so took the rest home. Brad our server was so kind, funny and you could just tell he was really enjoying the moment, with all his tables! We had not been here for years but will be coming back very soon!

I love coming to the keg for special occasions. They take great care of their customers and their service is unbeatable. Incredibly hospitable, always a good time.

Great dinner, we had the Fillet with a Caesar salad and Chicken wings...all good except the bread was dried out which is rather unusual for the Keg. Service was excellent making up for the shortfall on the bread.

We ordered some drinks and appies. But before our entrees got there the power went out and we never got our entrees. Very disappointed.

Our waiter was excellent and so were the team for the night. They were all very accommodating and ready to help our waiter assigned for us, who were so busy, whenever they pass by and see if we need something they’re always ready to stop and ask if we need anything. We are satisfied & happy with the food and services .

Everything was amazing as soon as we walked in the door we were a little bit early. They seated us early. Our server was amazing. Food is spectacular. Can’t say any more better things about it.

Our family had a dinner at The Keg on Mother's Day. The Ambience is warm and welcoming. Our server, DEREK was nice and kind. My husband ordered a medium rare steak with sauteed vegetables. He loved it. It was tender and delicious. I had a Mother's day special, which was salmon with crab, asparagus and mashed potato. It was tasty and delicious too. My kids had hamburger with bacon, chicken strips and fries. They served the kids meal with vegetables and fruit They devoured it all too. Overall, our experience at The Keg was fun and amazing. We loved the food and the service provided by Derek. I already recommended this particular restaurant/location to my co-worker. Will definitely come back.

Service was slow. No water offered. Bacon wrapped scallops were under cooked. Our server forgot one of our menu items so we had to wait for that and didn’t even want it by the time it came to our table. Overall was disappointing for the price.

the food and service is always very comfortable. It's just getting used to the prices. That hurts, so I don't eat out too often, but always chose the Keg for my birthdays. Was very happly surprised when the server showed up with a desert and a discount on our bill. That was very much appreciated.

The Keg is usually consistent with their food. This particular time, the kitchen was having a hard time with getting the prime rib right. That being said, the service is always on point and they made sure to take care of us. Also, their wedge salad with blue cheese is amazing!

Overall it was good, but service was mediocre. It wasn’t busy, but our waitress didn’t seem too interested in taking care of us. I asked for no bacon wrapped around my filet, but it came anyways. The bad part of this was the service.

Another excellent experience at the Burnaby Keg. Celebrating our son’s birthday with delicious appys and wonderful steaks. The service was good, the food was brought out quickly and everyone’s food was done perfectly. Will definitely be back.

We love their steaks so we always have dinner at the Keg. Tonight we were there to celebrate my birthday, overall experience was great, the server is awesome, and everything was good. It was a great dinner celebration, thanks The Keg, we will come back shortly.

The Crispy Cauliflower was not crispy and the Bacon wrapped Scallops tasted similar to an M&M Meats frozen appetizer. Our mains were brought while we were still working on our appetizers. Our server told us that the prime rib was medium rare but the prime rib we received was medium well. It was tough and lacked flavour. My daughter was not offered the ice cream advertised as coming with the Kid’s Meal. We felt rushed to finish and leave the restaurant. Overall very disappointing experience for a $250 meal.

Food was top notch and hot when it arrived at our table. Our server was Willow she was excellent and looked after us through out the evening and at the same time was training a new server. She knew what she was doing and did not make it awkward while training. She made sure the table was clean and always making sure we were enjoying our evening. In the end mine and my wife’s steak was cooked to perfection. We will for sure be back to this location in the future.

We got seated pretty quick even though we were early. Didn't get the host's name but he was very kind and helped us to our table right away. Kerry was our server and she was very attentive. We had some questions about the food and she was very knowledgeable. Great suggestions from her overall.

I normally don’t care about noise levels but this place is insanely loud. We couldn’t even hear each other across the table on a Thursday night. The food came out very fast and we felt rushed out of there. It was fine but I probably won’t go back.
