Overall it was good, but service was mediocre. It wasn’t busy, but our waitress didn’t seem too interested in taking care of us. I asked for no bacon wrapped around my filet, but it came anyways. The bad part of this was the service.

Another excellent experience at the Burnaby Keg. Celebrating our son’s birthday with delicious appys and wonderful steaks. The service was good, the food was brought out quickly and everyone’s food was done perfectly. Will definitely be back.

We love their steaks so we always have dinner at the Keg. Tonight we were there to celebrate my birthday, overall experience was great, the server is awesome, and everything was good. It was a great dinner celebration, thanks The Keg, we will come back shortly.

The Crispy Cauliflower was not crispy and the Bacon wrapped Scallops tasted similar to an M&M Meats frozen appetizer. Our mains were brought while we were still working on our appetizers. Our server told us that the prime rib was medium rare but the prime rib we received was medium well. It was tough and lacked flavour. My daughter was not offered the ice cream advertised as coming with the Kid’s Meal. We felt rushed to finish and leave the restaurant. Overall very disappointing experience for a $250 meal.

Food was top notch and hot when it arrived at our table. Our server was Willow she was excellent and looked after us through out the evening and at the same time was training a new server. She knew what she was doing and did not make it awkward while training. She made sure the table was clean and always making sure we were enjoying our evening. In the end mine and my wife’s steak was cooked to perfection. We will for sure be back to this location in the future.

We got seated pretty quick even though we were early. Didn't get the host's name but he was very kind and helped us to our table right away. Kerry was our server and she was very attentive. We had some questions about the food and she was very knowledgeable. Great suggestions from her overall.

I normally don’t care about noise levels but this place is insanely loud. We couldn’t even hear each other across the table on a Thursday night. The food came out very fast and we felt rushed out of there. It was fine but I probably won’t go back.

We love the Burnaby Keg! We drive from Yaletown out to Burnaby because the food is always top notch, the service more than pleasant and it's just an overall great experience EVERY TIME! We have 2 downtown Keg's within walking distance to us, but time and time again we find ourselves hopping in the car to have a Burnaby Keg Experience. and... we'll be back again before too long! thanks Barry Cox for making sure our dining experience is all that and the bag of chips!

We are regulars here and we now get to bring our baby girl with us. This location and its staff are just great. They do their best to accommodate us and our stroller. This particular visit we had Alexandra. She is one lovely human being. She always has a smile on her face and is so patient. We saw her explaining in detail the menu to the table across from us because they were new to the Keg. She continued to check on all her tables constantly. Although all our servers are amazing I wanted to give Alexandra a shout out!. Keep up the great work Burnaby Keg!!

We were celebrating a birthday and the Keg Burnaby did not disappoint. Our server Derek was excellent. The prime rib was a perfect medium rare and very tender. The Billy Miner Pie, our favourite was delicious as usual. We will definitely be back again for our next special occasion.

I started with Lobster Bisque, my brother escargot and daughter had her favorite scallops and bacon. The prime rib was medium rare and so tender. We were celebrating my brother's birthday and he got a free Billy Miner Pie. My daughter and I also shared one. Everything tasted so good. We left stuffed and very satisfied.

Right from when we were greeted in the lobby everyone was very friendly. Our waiter Dan was very attentive and kept our food coming at a perfect pace. Half way through our meal, the general manager James came over and introduced himself and wanted to make sure we were having an enjoyable evening. My wife had a special request for her meal and Barry the manager was more than happy to take care of it. What a great evening we had and that was a result of the great food and the exceptional staff. I would highly recommend this location. We will be back for sure.

After years of consistency, the Keg appears to be slipping. The food was mediocre, at best. The side was cold and the Bernaise sauce came with a film on top. The plating and presentation were sloppy. The service was fine and ambience was pleasant.

Our server Giovanno was fantastic, however steak was just luke warm. Still enjoyable evening. Waiter’s Dan and Brad came around to say hi as we ate regulars at this location, they always friendly and courteous.

A waiter had spilt some “liquid” on my coat while clearing a table behind me. Luckily for him, the coat wasn’t damaged in anyway. When one of my friends had asked him to get us something to wipe the liquid off, he merely passed us the towel that he was wiping the floor with… DEFINITELY NOT that professional of him!
