The Keg is a very good restaurant and I've had great service and food there BUT this time not so good.. Service was not up to par to say the least IT WAS SLOW (took about 45 minutes to get served). The food was good BUT luke warm. This is not The Keg I know. Will I go back YES I WILL and hopefully it will be UP TO PAR.

This is my second time booking at the Keg for Mother's Day. As always it was a great experience. I loved that they added a photo background to take pics at.

What a lovely & delicious Mother's Day celebration! Our server, Melissa was very attentive & informed. We all truly enjoyed our selections, tho the Gruyere Mushroom Dip app & Carrot Cake were the real stars!!!

Austin was a great server always anticipating when we would need something. He told us about the Neptune entree which my husband ordered and loved. He was cordial and attentive but not hovering.

My experience was great! 😍 I took my wife out for Mother's Day, and the service was absolutely exceptional. The waitress was prompt, professional, and courteous. The peppercorn steak that we had for dinner melted in our mouths. 😋 Overall, it was an exceptional experience. The Keg was a place we used to go often and always loved it. So naturally for my Husband’s birthday we decided to make reservations, but we left very disappointed. Food and presentation was bland. Service was mediocre, no acknowledgment of his birthday, when other times we would.

Worst experience in years at this location. Server was slow and mostly absent. Bread that came with appetizer was raw at the bottom. We were very disappointed since we were celebrating a bday and Mother’s Day! The rest of our food was excellent!

Our server was awesome but the food was over cooked and the drinks were outrageous. Kinda understand know how on a Saturday night they were pretty dead. We don’t plan on going back, spent over $225 for 2 on a subpar meal. What a shame they used to be awesome.

Was seated close to a large party that was playing music rather loud and they were so loud that we couldn’t carry on a conversation at our own table. Very disappointed.

Went here for a family birthday. Did have reservation (but unsure it was really needed on a weekday) and seated immediately. Waitstaff was pleasant, answered questions, attentive but not too much. Did have a problem with one of the steaks which was resolved immediately. Otherwise the meal was impressive. We had a great experience and will definitely return.

The best part of the evening was the service provided at the Arlington location. The wedge salad was excellent! Twice baked potato was delicious. My mother had a burger & loved it. I had a sirloin steak & will stick with filet mignon next time. Husband enjoyed his steak.

Came here for our friend’s birthday party. Stopped by the bar for a quick drink and Austin, the bartender suggested great drinks for the group. Service was top notch and the food was excellent. Highly recommend

Arrived a few minutes before my brother and was immediately shown to our table in our favorite section of the restaurant. Our server, Julia, was attentive and very engaged with myself and brother, once he arrived. She took the drink orders and returned with them quickly and got the appetizers order placed within moments. Julia took our dinner order and freshened our drinks and suggested some side substitutions that actually took our meal to another level! We hadn’t been here in a year, because life be lifeing but after realizing what we’ve been missing I made another reservation for next month and hope Julia will be our server I give it 100 stars if there was the option, the food is delicious and the servers never disappoint Thank you everyone!!!

Waiter was friendly but very inexperienced. One bottle of wine order for five and when we ordered a second they had run out. Poor training by the manager or the waiter would have let us know it was the last bottle. I have eaten prime rib at the Keg many times before and never had a bad experience. Everyone else's meal was very good but the guy paying the bill got mostly fat and grizzle. In short it was a good evening with friends but could have been exceptional if the Keg's usual standards had been met.

Steaks were very good. Twice baked potatoes good, lobster bisque fair, service marginal. Wait staff didn’t seem to understand table setting and service protocols. They were very pleasant but seemed inexperienced. We really enjoyed the ambience of the room.

Everything started off great then the waitress seemed like she was in a hurry to get us out. We asked for to go containers for our food asked for bread to take home. We paid the bill tipped her cash then she never came back and we're still waiting on our bread. Next thing we saw her leaving out the door. And we were like I guess she got her tip and left us hanging. We ended asking the bartender who was very nice and got us our bread. Don't know if we'll try again. But the manager was also very nice and giving us complimentary champagne for our anniversary during dinner.

Was there to celebrate birthday greeting at hostess who thanked us for coming and wished us happy birthday. Waitress never once acknowledged our birthday. Steak was fatty and cold Heavy peppered and couldn’t eat it.

We chose to drive from Plano to The Keg in Arlington because the overall dining experience and food is always excellent. We were able to sit in a booth that was very private and the server Julia was the best server we have ever had since we’ve been going there! The pace of the food coming out, gave us plenty of time to eat and relax. The Easter special was an excellent value and was prepared perfectly! I would recommend anybody wanting a fine dining experience and a good value for your food to go there as soon as possible.
