    Lovely food, service bit slow with the wine top ups. Very cold in there as air conditioning full on.

    Me and my friend loved the food and place, however the service charge is always hit and miss for me. Especially where we had a voucher to use. So really we only got around £9 off our meals. It’s a shame they didn’t have two for one cocktails or offers on drinks. WiFi was no good either unfortunately, overall a good experience.

    Great waiter, was slightly disappointed to be shown to the downstairs restaurant, very dark down there. Much nicer vibe upstairs, will request a table there next time.

    Food came too quickly! Not even had time to go to toilet before it arrived! Suggests not cooked to order. Music too loud. Too cramped tables. Felt rushed to leave. Gone down hill.

    Booked a table for pre theatre dinner as birthday treat for me and daughter. Food was lovely, however service not great - had booked with plenty of time so as not to be late for theatre (4:45) and were conscious that table was only available to us for a set time. Starters and mains arrived in good time and then ‘appeared to be forgotten’ not wanting to be a nuisance we waited but had to ask for dessert menu after 45 minutes, then had to wait further 10 for them to arrive and then 10 more after asking for the bill - 2.5 hours later ended up having to rush to theatre. No apologies received, feel little disappointed.

    Good quality food in a lovely location. Service was pretty good. Tables are quite close together - probably the only real negative.

    We were made to stand and wait in the restaurant for our table to be ready, even though I'd booked a time ,. We was near the bar and was constantly bumped by the waitress as there's not enough room the floor under the table was dirty and the dividing wall with the brass railing was so dusty it was disgusting to eat next to it ..

    AMAZING.Cheese souffle and shepherds pie, staff very friendly and efficient. Couldn't fault it.

    The Ivy Market Grill is a fun place to go. However, make sure you book for the ground floor, not downstairs. There is, to me, quite a difference. I would not want to sit downstairs again. However, nice friendly service and the food was enjoyable. A good wine list, but at times a little pricy I felt.
