I have a hard time hearing. The background noise in the dinning area made it difficult to carry on the conversation. I didn’t like the semicircle booth seating. I would rather sit at a regular table or traditional booth. Since this was my first time at your restaurant, I didn’t know about it the seating, otherwise I would have requested a table!

The service was good. The ambience is nice and the seatings are. Front of house doesn’t need to be changed at all, but what a waste of good quality ingredients for it to be so under seasoned. Especially the Gumbo all I could taste was the rue. No ammount of salt and pepper could fix it. The Mac n cheese was very bland just tasted like milk, cheese, with noodles. I got the New York Strip Steak and it was great quality, but the only thing I could taste is steak. It feels like It was just seared in veggie oil and you couldn’t even taste the butter. I feel like Texas Roadhouse seasons their steaks better (ofc the quality isn’t as good in comparison though). The drinks from the bar were really good though. The salad was good, the Coleslaw was good, and so was the German chocolate cake (it was huge).

The grilled tuna sandwich is probably my favorite sandwich in all of Fort Wayne. My dinner guest was able to get the prime rib sandwich even though it’s not on the dinner menu. Hall’s is always a terrific value. One star deduction because it took an unreasonably long time to get our drinks.

This was our second visit and the food was amazing. The area that we were seated in was a lot louder than our previous visit. Overall it was a nice dinner with great service.

Each and every visit is consistently excellent - from the food to the service. You will be hard pressed to get a better steak in Fort Wayne and I doubt you can find one at a better value! The Gas House is a perfect example of a local family providing great food at an excellent price. There is a reason they have as many locations as they do and have been in business for as long as they have!

Another great wedding anniversary dinner at the Gas House! The husband’s steak is always perfect (and he is picky) and I love every vegetarian option I’ve tried (getting near having tried them all by now). The soufflèd sweet potatoes are a must try; don’t know if I could eat a whole pan but would love to find out! A really special treat.

Amazing service! Overall the food was good my steak was a little over done but not a big deal. I was disappointed when I was told about my birthday dessert and then they had to come back out 3 times bc they were out of things! Overall good experience and I will be returning.

We celebrated wedding anniversary with brother and his wife. Very relaxed and enjoyable visit and everyone enjoyed their meal. The Gashouse employees were very gracious with the length of time we stayed and we all appreciated their patience. Thank you!

When I booked the reservation, I put a note in that it was my husband's birthday. I was disappointed to be seated at a high top and even when I asked if we could be seated at a regular table they were not able to accomodate us. Our waitress was wonderful though and made up for it by giving my husband a piece of complimentary birthday cake (Bianca was her name.)

The glazed Brussel sprouts were marvelous. The filet with mustard cream sauce was unforgettably delicious. It was a delightful dining experience.

The food was wonderfully flavored. The service from our waitress, Amy G was outstanding. We had a fantastic time sampling each other’s dishes. Every item we tried was unique and none disappointed.

As usual Gas House is always my favorite local spot here in Ft Wayne. Food great. Service is exceptional. The only problem I had this visit is they were doing some remodeling. The workers were still there and running power tools. It was only the beginning. But maybe they should of planned that a little bit better.

Our food was so salty that I couldn’t eat it. Most of us didn’t finish our meal and the service was slow and kept forgetting our orders. The bills were wrong at the end of the evening and definitely not worth what we paid.

Food was delicious and priced fairly. We had a table of seven for a birthday. They forgot several items, brought our entrees out at different times, confused the two risotto’s and one was vegetarian but they had them trade even though a few bites were taken. They forgot one entree all together. Offered a free desert but never discounted the bill for the risotto mix up. We usually love Halls and the waitress was friendly but this was a cluster.

Overall our experience was great. Staff was very attentive, food was excellent. A little pricey but fair for a nice evening out. We were seated next to a very loud group which took away from the fine dining experience.

Our first time visiting this resturant and when we are back in Fort Wayne we will visit again. The filet was cooked perfect. My husband had the gumbo he loved it. Thanks to the server for answering all are questions. She was on the ball.

Excellent food and service. Main dining room is a bit noisy, but not intolerable. Seared tuna salad was very tasty. My adult grandson enjoyed his meal and the turtle cheesecake.
