The service was excellent. The menu is unique with many ingredients grown on premises. The food was delicious. The menu items will reasonably priced. The bar and wine selections are very expensive. It was a little noisier than I expected but not bad. The furnishings and the views are second to none.

We thoroughly enjoyed our entire meal and Elijah was the best waiter! Thank you all for everything and your hospitality! My husband's birthday dinner was incredible and the Dining Room went above and beyond to make his night special. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Everything about this restaurant was excellent. The waiter, Jonathan, was excellent also. The view was so amazing. Would definitely eat here again.

If you are in search of an upscale elegant dining experience, this is definitely the place. From the moment you enter the Dining Room, you are treated as if you are the most important person in the room. From its beautiful views to the top-notch service, you couldn't ask for a better dining experience. The wait staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about every single detail of the menu. This includes the cocktail menu. It is an upscale location, but you will not feel as if you are in a snooty country club setting. I do appreciate that they ask that you dress appropriately for the setting, and they tell you that when you make the reservations. I'm local to the Biltmore/Asheville area and there are lots of places to dine. The Dining Room at Biltmore Estate is most elegant and delicious experience I've had in this area. Everything is done in true Biltmore Estate style. You will not be disappointed.

This visit was my second and the space is very inviting and fun. The staff is very attentive, without hovering. The selection of Estate grown items was impressive but vegetarian or vegan options limited. My carmelized oyster mushrooms were tasty, but the carrots were served at two different levels of roasting. One was great, the other very hard to cut through. The desserts were outstanding.

My husband and I went to the dining room at Biltmore Estates for our birthday dinner and the food service and atmosphere were outstanding. The staff makes you feel truly welcomed and go above and beyond for your dining experience.

There are very good restaurants and there are excellent restaurants. The Biltmore Inn Dining Room is in the latter category.

All was well until I asked for a window seat and was told ,first come first served, for a high end establishment this sounded ludicrous, I had made reservations so they knew I was coming. Being my 50th anniversary I wanted the ambiance of the landscape. I was well compensated by the concierge but the damaged was done.

Waiters need trained better for an upper scale restaurant, not happy with the lack of attention to a clean table, removing dirty dishes etc. we had to send back the steak overcooked came back undercooked The halibut dish was cold and sauce congealed as it looks like it might have been made way in advance. Really disappointed in a $600 dinner!

Not on the level consistent with expectations for top destinations like the Biltmore. Food was bland, lacking imagination and any memorable culinary touches. Service was stilted and humorless. The dining room atmosphere, while opulent, was never equaled by the rest of the experience.

Overall this was a good experience. Mario provided great service. The meal was good quality but served a bit cold. I noticed the table next to ours had to send their meal back also. Again overall this was a good experience but below what I’d expect from the Biltmore or similar quality restaurants.

Excellent and professional service, starting from check in to complete table service. They all kindly acknowledged my wife's birthday. However, the price of the meal was expensive, and the portions of the selected items were small. The overall quality of the meal was very good, but quanity of prepared items did not match the price. I guess this is because we were dining at the Biltmore. You are paying for the experience.

The steaks were ordered medium - well done on the ends but medium in the middle The lobster tails were undercooked and very salty Bread was outstanding Drinks unique Salads and signature soups excellent but could have been hotter ! In our party of 8…. some had excellent entrees - others not so much. 50/50 on value for the cost - overall disappointed !

The halibut was generous portion , moist with flavorful crust. In comparison , the rabbit was dry and a small portion. The asparagus salad was disappointing. Two stalks cut into pieces. The petite berry salad was good. The chocolate dessert was attractively presented. Wished for another dab of sorbet with the small cubes of chocolate cake. The prickly pear mock tail was refreshing. Overall not worth the expense for a highly rated fine dining venue.

This is fine dining at it's best. The view is beautiful. The food is scrumptious. The waitstaff is attentive and helpful. It all makes for a lovely evening.

The food was excellent. Everything we had we enjoyed from the appetizers, entrees, desserts and the cocktails and wine. To top it off Sal was awesome.

We had an absolutely wonderful evening. Our server Grace was so knowledgeable, able to answer all of our questions in great detail and really guided us through our meal and our entire dining experience. The food was truly amazing and the view breathtaking. Highly recommend.

Amazing dining experience. Our server, Mario, was fantastic! Recommended an entree - lamb - that we never would have looked at otherwise. It was fabulous. So good we made a reservation for another evening!!

Had breakfast twice and dinner once in The Dining Room. In each instance, the service was very professional, friendly, and attentive. The food quality was comparable to a premium steak venue. The she-crab soup on the dinner menu is excellent. The steak filet is also excellent, though perhaps not as tender as one might find in Dallas or Kansas City. Ended with a lemon cake and icecream dessert which was definitely work the calories.

We ate at the Biltmore Inn for the first time for dinner two nights in a row. The food was beautiful to look at and delicious to taste. The service was excellent and very professional. Our waiters were attentive and friendly, without ever being intrusive. The dinner was expensive, but worth every penny. I’ve eaten at many expensive restaurants where the food was not as good, the service not as professional, and the ambience not as relaxing and beautiful. The best recommendation I can make is to say that we’ve re-booked at the Biltmore Inn for September and are looking forward to a delightful stay and delicious food once again.

Refined dining with attention to detail .. Staff makes you feel welcome and the service and food are exceptional .. very accommodating to any special restrictions. The Inn practices Farm (Vanderbilt's Own) to Table ... with a varied selection of dishes with a wide range of options. Save room for killer deserts! An experience that makes you feel like a Vanderbilt
