          Excellent service, food, and ambience. The charcoal room is one of my favorite restaurants. Will go there often in the future.

          We had a great time during our visit. The food was excellent and the service was too. I liked how the sides were served family style.

          Eat at the Charcoal Room maybe once a month. It’s usually very good. The time before and this last time, service was slow. Food was merely satisfactory…my blackened salmon was overcooked. The creamed spinach had a ton of salt in it. The fries must have been under a heat lamp for a while. The restaurant is convenient, close and usually a nice place to dine. I’m hoping for improvement as we usually enjoy the Charcoal Room.

          Noticed that the steakhouse salad is bigger at both TBones and Palace Station. Had to ask server for check 4 times.

          Lovely steakhouse. Excellent food. We had a Filet and Prime New York. All we recommend the loaded potato (not your ordinary baked russet, bacon wrapped shrimp.

          Miguel, our waiter, and support staff did an outstanding job ensuring my wife's 78th birthday was very special. They were available whenever needed without being over-bearing. Food was prepared as requested and delicious with top notch presentation. The Charcoal Room has now become our favorite place to dine.

          My wife and I stop by our favorite locals casino often and when we want steak we go to the Charcoal room at Santa Fe Station and request a table in Kevin’s section. Kevin is a great guy and always makes us feel at home. So the next time you are up that way, make a reservation, enjoy the ambience and a great steak, you won’t be disappointed.
