En 1969, des artisans d'art de Disneyland ont créé ce lieu de rendez-vous romantique dans la cave de l'ancien California Hotel. La cave est le cadre idéal pour une soirée gastronomique intime et romantique. Les clients peuvent s'y retrouver pour déguster une cuisine française raffinée, confortablement assis dans des fauteuils aux dossiers de velours rembourrés dans un cuir riche et moelleux et dans un cadre intimement éclairé. Conviviale et confortable, l'élégante salle à manger est structurée autour d'arches et de murs au style semblable à celui d'une cave, le tout décoré avec des fûts de vin et des lanternes d'argent. L'excellence culinaire se combine avec des ingrédients frais et fins préparés pour obtenir une version légère de cuisine française.

Very cool first time there me and my girlfriend loved it food was great only thing my short rib was a lil bit salty other then that I will be back to try other dishes soup was in point Mac and cheese side so flavorful and the potatoes with my short rib omg what was that I’ll take a big bowl of them! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I chose to take my girl on a date here for a nice dinner. This place did not disappoint and we were amazed by the ambiance and top notch food. Service was excellent and helped explain the menu as well has gave great recommendations.

Wonderful service, quaint atmosphere, and good quality food (Chateaubriand) paired with excellent wine cellar choices made a birthday visit to the Cellar in Fullerton a little reminder of 't Kelderke in Brussels. The Tenderloin Chateaubriand (filet mignon for 2) was well presented with its classical Béarnaise. We will return and refer to friends. 4.5/5

I’m love the Cellar. It’s by far our favorite special occasion restaurant. I wish there was a dress code, so patrons showed more respect while at a fine dining restaurant. Sitting next to people in grubby tshirts, jeans and tennis shoes kills the vibe.

The atmosphere was very nice. Ordered the bone marrow and did not enjoy it as much as other restaurants. I got the filet and ordered it medium and it was cooked med rare. The top sirloin was good but came with no sides. The fish was good and was the lobster bisque. All the food was good but not exceptional for the price. $450 for 4 people with no alcohol and only 1 dessert. I don’t think the value was there to return.

The Cellar is always our first choice for an elevated date night. The ambiance is always phenomenal, drinks are beautiful and delicious, and service is always on point. Shout out to Loren, who was our server again last night, and his wonderful recommendations and explanations. Always a pleasure.

I have been going to The Cellar since 2007. It's always an exceptional experience and not to mention the food always ROCKS !!!. We were there to celebrate Mother's Day this visit and we left very very happy.
