This was our first time at The Capital Grille but it certainly won’t be the last! I eat a steak daily so I’m often disappointed at restaurants because I love a crispy crust on a filet. The waiter, Diego, made it happen! It was the most tender filet with a crispy crust and delicious flavor! The lobster was tender. The Brussels sprouts were AMAZING! My son asked for sautéed onions and mushrooms (which onions weren’t on the menu) but they made them for him. My boys enjoyed the steak tartar and the oysters were super fresh! I can’t wait to come back!

We celebrated our 10th anniversary as royals! We were seated immediately as soon as we arrived. We were greeted with complimentary glasses of Champagne to mark the occasion. Our server (Jack) was attentive & efficient. The food was exquisite & delish. The portions were more than generous! At the end of the meal, the server surprised us with a complimentary mouth-watering dessert platter to sweeten the deal. The ambiance was warm & inviting. As a frequent patron, I can promise you that the quality of food & service is of the highest standards. We ordered Lobster & Crab cakes, tomahawk veal chop, double-cut lamb chops, cheesecake & flourless chocolate coffee cake

The food and service are always fabulous here! Never disappointed and the only challenge is not eating too much! We all had seafood—salmon, sea bass, crab cake, chowder—and enjoyed it immensely. Creamed spinach is also a favorite. It can be very busy when there’s a lot going on downtown, but they manage to still provide excellent quality.

Maybe the best steak I’ve ever had in my life. Had it with the beet salad which had the most amazing vinaigrette. I would also highly recommend the Manhattan.

The service by Jaime was very attentive. The food was good but just a bit too oily. The atmosphere was too rowdy. There were two large tables of 8 and 10 businessmen who were extremely boisterous. One gentleman was literally shouting all the way through his dinner. I have had better experiences at this restaurant. Be sure to ask for a very quiet table.

I was celebrating a Birthday and in the past always had the table decorated and was given complimentary dessert but not toddy. Missed that treatment.

Outstanding food and service. Will definitely return and recommend the Capital Grille. It was packed because of the Lion King...so quite noisy as one would expect. Still the food and service made it all worthwhile!

What made our experience exceptional was our server, Elina. The drinks, food, desserts etc were all wonderful and what we would expect from Capital however Elina made it all a 5 star+ experience. We eat out all over the world and she was one of the best servers we have had in quite some time.

We had a wonderful dining experience at the Capital Grille on a Friday night before a show at the State Theatre. Diego was our server and he was outstanding! He was very attentive, made great recommendations and ensured that we got everything we needed with enough time to make it to our show. The food was wonderful as always and the steaks were cooked to perfection! Looking forward to our next visit to this fantastic steak-house, never disappoints!

Service was great! The steaks were not good. Covered with sauce and served with a sharp knife to cut through the over cooked medium steak and the filet appeared to be microwaved as it was gray on appearance and flavor not great for the price. Would rather spend $10 more at Manny’s for a guaranteed great steak. First and last time eating here.

We love this restaurant - the ambience, the drinks and mostly the food. We usually only make it downtown for our anniversary and tonight was the same. Apps and service were amazing, but the chefs didn’t handle things well when they were faced with an overcooked steak.

Everything was absolutely superb! Our waiter, Carlos, took excellent care of us. Our food was exceptional ! From the seafood platter to steaks and all the accompaniments. And of course the best cocktails and wine. The evening was very important to us and Capital Grille and Carlos took the best care of us.

This is my third time going to Capital Grille for a special occasion. They treated us very well. When I told them we were celebrating an anniversary, they gave us champagne and dessert. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

The Capital Grille is the gold standard for dining experiences and their staff is the best in the business!!!! These are people that care about the guests and go above and beyond for no other reason than to provide you an excellent experience every time you walk in the door!!! Kennedy and Claudia are the absolute cream that rose to the top!!!!!

The experience was not up to a Capitol Grille experience that we have come to expect.My steak was hard charred on the outside and completely rare on the inside. I asked for medium plus. They replaced the steak that was still completely charred but at least it was edible on the inside. They did give us a complimentary dessert, My glass of wine had so much sediment in it, I couldn’t even finish. When I brought it up to the waiter, he said, oh and then took it away.
