Isaiah was a wonderful server and very helpful with his suggestions and insights. We each splurged on a decadent appetizer, so we felt comfortable splitting a main dish, leaving room for dessert. This does seem to be a menu geared toward beef, but we ordered the fish. The sauce was great, but the sea bass was just ok. We’ll stick to the sliced filet next time. This is always a great restaurant choice for the price.

We had a very nice dinner, beautiful evening, view and food! Kudos to Les and the rest of the staff...they were so wonderful. Food was delicious, not rushed- timed well for us to enjoy ourselves. Must say, it will probably become one of our regular spots for dinner.

Jeff was an excellent server, great personality and very attentive to our needs. We had recently gotten married and Jeff helped make our night even more special. The food was delicious and steaks cooked perfectly!

No wonder Capital Grill is one of my most favorite restaurants. Randy the manager was so gracious and made our visit extremely delightful. And thank you, Mike for your excellent service…. We will see you in June. Thank you sooo sooo much for such a wonderful evening.

Michael Morris is one of the best servers at Capital Grille. You all need to seriously consider promoting him or giving him a raise. He's just awesome. The food is always spot on! The lobster bisque, salads, and steak are cooked to perfecting. Go if you can. This is a great spot.

The service was great. The restaurant was nice and clean. My only wish is that the restaurant would offer 1/2 of the plate. I am 50 and I Don’t need to eat 22oz steak. I didn’t finde the smaller portions. Other than that the food and personal were great.

It was our joint bdays as we've shared for the past 8 years here. Everything as usual was spot on. My only request was I would have like to be in the front to watch the strip. My view was garbage truck!

Everything was spot on. - The Hostess - Our Server - Kevin - The food - Lobster Bisque & Lobster Salad. You can never be too rich, too thin or have too much lobster!! Thank you for an incredible dining experience.

Overall ok except our entree arrived and was not what we ordered. Management was on it and they comped our side dish and dessert. It wasn’t a huge deal but my husband can’t eat some of what came!

Sehr schönes Lokal, gut assortierte Speisekarte, sehr aufmerksamer und kompetenter Kellner, tolles Ambiente, muss man sich als europäischer Tourist einmal gönnen, Meilen besser als die Steakhäuser in den Casinos/Hotels.

We were greeted and wished a happy anniversary and shown to a beautiful view table. The server was super and knew his restaurant. Great recommendations and the fig filet and rib eye were delicious. A great experience!

We celebrated our birthdays at the Las Vegas capital grill. Ambiance was great! Server Jeff was OUTSTANDING! You couldn’t ask for better service. My son and I have been celebrating our birthdays ( same bday) at capital grill for the past 15 yrs. Have celebrated at 7 different capital grills. This was THE BEST BY FAR! Thank you Jeff and Capital Grill staff for making our 15th visit to a capital grill the most memorable!
