    I visited The Capital Grille during Restaurant Week and had a fantastic experience. Despite the restaurant being packed, the service was outstanding—efficient and attentive. The food was delicious, and my rare filet mignon was cooked perfectly. Highly recommend! The entrance is located on the 3rd floor outside the Fashion Show mall next to the food court.

    Consistently great at any location we have been to. Las vegas was no exception. Only complaint is wish they would do a filet smaller than 10oz for those that enjoy a little less. 6-8 petite cut is perfect and found at most steakhouses of this caliber.

    Since we dine here often, there was a card on the table welcoming. Our server knew our names and used them through our meal. The service is always perfect at Capital Grille, the food is too. Thank you for making every visit special.

    Jeff makes our trips to Capital Grille an over the top experience every time! His knowledge of the menu including the cocktails and how the food and drinks pair are 2nd to none! My wife and I request him every trip because he gets it!

    Food was excellent. We ordered off of the restaurant week menu. We expected that the portion sizes would have been smaller considering the price point for restaurant week. We were surprised. The portions were normal size. Service from Luis our waiter was excellent. We have been here multiple times and it has always been excellent.

    Service was great - food was impeccable. Glad to see you brought back the Scallops as they were fantastic! Our only complaint? You changed the Old Fashioned recipe (The in Fashion.) It tastes pedestrian now. Bring back the ice with the fruit inside and bring back the IN Fashion (Grand Marnier) It's what made you unique.

    Les and Omar served us and they gave great customer service. Compliments to the chef and his staff because our meal was most enjoyable.

    My husband and I love Capital Grille! The food and service is always excellent. We wanted to come here for our newlywed dinner because we had such a great experience the last time we were there. It made our special day absolutely amazing! We will be back when we come back to Las Vegas!
