What a fantastic culinary experience! Our host, Wade, was amazing in his detailing of the food options which helped us to narrow down the list of numerous tempting dishes. We eat out a lot and Wade is one of the best servers we have encountered on our travels. He presented as intelligent, personable, and passionate about good food. We were also impressed with the way the staff all worked together as a team, whether it was with service, table set-up, refilling water glasses, or checking in on the tables—their collective professionalism had a beautiful choreography to it. And now for the food—Wow! My husband is still talking about his Filet Oscar, and my Sea Bass melted in my mouth. The appetizers of Calamari and Lobster Bisque were beyond amazing. The downside was that we did not leave room for dessert. We won’t make that mistake again. So this is definitely a 5 star for us.

We met up for a birthday and the dirty goose martinis were divine!!! we had lobster, steak and a burger, and everything was delicious

The food and drinks were excellent, although one of the side dishes wasn’t very good. The server immediately took it off the bill. They accommodated our schedule for a show that night. I would be happy to go back.

My friend and I both ordered steaks which were cooked perfectly to our tastes. She ordered the beet salad which she said was heaven, and we split the truffle fries which were more than we needed. Service was great with Daniel. He was professional, courteous and very friendly. We enjoyed his service. I will be back and I think my friend is already planning a birthday visit with her husband

This is our favorite restaurant in Colorado! The food is delicious, and the service is excellent. We asked for something that wasn't on the menu, and they accommodated us. It is well worth the visit.

There was a glitch in the app, which kept me from reserving a standard table. However, when we arrived, they were able to accommodate us easily. Our waiter Wade made the experience very personalized. We had had a rough week and the dinner, service, and overall experience Helped take our minds off of the stress of the previous days.

My birthday luncheon was nothing short of amazing!!! Best calamari we’ve had in years! Sean our waiter was fantastic,best service we have had in Denver in decades. So enjoyed meeting the manager, the stolli dollies, steak and frites and dessert. We will be back, again and again. Fabulous restaurant and even better for a special celebration !

The Capital restaurant is by far the best restaurant in Denver, with an exceptional GM & history team are strong, the food is exceptional. Great cocktails from Sean behind the bar. My go to every time I visit Denver

I dont get to visit Denver as much as i would like, but there is no way i would visit without having dinner at the Capital Grille. The best restaurant GM in the city and the best barman in Sean again in Denver. An amazing team, Dale

our reservation was early to allow us to make a theater We were greeted warmly and shown to our Romantic anniversary table complete with little hearts. Our server, Camilla is also a trained Sommelier. Her wine and food recommendations were spot on. Service and food were impeccable. This is not eating out, rather fine dining done right. Only word of caution is salads and entree's are large and merit sharing. Wonderful Evening!

The food was terrible for being a high-end restaurant. The ribeye was overcooked and tasteless, the crab legs ($110/pound) were rubbery and inedible), the lobster bisque was gelatinous and the consistency of custard. Every part of our dinner was disappointing. We love good food and would recommend many other places over this one as the quality of the food and service simply fall far short of the price point and experience expected.

Everyone was so professional. From the moment we entered, we were greeted warmly. We were celebrating our anniversary. Since we added that information to our reservation, everyone seemed to know and acknowledged the occasion. Our server, Michele P. , was excellent! She was very attentive. We highly recommend the Capital Grill - Denver and will definitely be returning!

I’m not saying it wasn’t good, I just expected better. Especially for the Capital Grille. Don’t get me wrong, the service, (Bo) exceeded expectations. The meal was, just okay however. And for the price I just feel it could have had some more flavor.

It is such a delightful day when you go to the Capital Grille, whether it’s for lunch or dinner, starting with your arrival. JOSIA, the perfect valet greets you and takes great care of your car. Then you are usually greeted by the handsome manager, BART, who is always charming! Soon you are seated in your favorite cozy booth when MARK Y., the best waiter in all of Colorado, takes care of you for the rest of the mouth-watering experience. This place is always consistently FABULOUS. The food, the wine selection and the desserts are always DIVINE. My very favorite #1 restaurant in all of DENVER!! 😊🤩

The meal was good, but Beau made all the difference. Our service was top-notch! We enjoyed the bone-in filet, and the lobster bisque is the best we've found in Denver. We'll be back!

Capital Grille, is one of my favorite restaurants to eat at. Normally, I come here for lunch, tonight it was dinner. The bartender Shawn was attentive and made my experience wonderful!

We had an amazing dining experience! We were going to a Nuggets game after dinner and realized we didn't have the correct start time of the game and were a bit rushed. Henry was amazing and got our meals to us in a timely manner to be able to enjoy our meal and still make the game. Food, drink and service are always amazing!

Service was excellent, like old-school-fancy-restaurant level excellent. The food was even better. Seared tenderloin with butter poached lobster tails melts in your mouth. Steaks are first class. But the coconut cream pie stole the show. Atmosphere was nice, but there were several Av’s fans there with their jerseys on, but that just made it more fun. Fancy but relaxed. Oh, and try the Stoli Doli, you won’t regret it!
