We went for lunch to celebrate something and the food was really great. Our service was a little slow but sometimes things take longer at nicer restaurants, so I’m chalking it up to that. Overall, we had a really nice time and I would go again!

Steak was under seasoned. But overall amazing service, great drinks delicious side dishes. Bacon cream corn and mash potatoes. French onion soup amazing.

As always, you can count on great food and outstanding service. Sean was our server in the bar area, and he was on it!! Everything was perfect, and he made great suggestions. It was a nice, quiet Monday evening dinner, so it was a perfect way to start our week!!

Capital grill all around the country is consistent and the way a fine restaurant should function, Denver was no exception.

We had an 4 year old and the staff supported his dining experience seamlessly while providing the adults with the service and great food we expected from one of the best restaurants!

Another perfect(!) dining experience at the #1 restaurant chain in North America. This was our first time at the Capital Grille in Denver but like our visits in other cities, this was flawless. The food is the best one can get. The ambiance, decor, and furniture is old school classy with lots of energy and comfort. All of this makes for a five-star experience. What sets the Capital Grille apart though is service, which is impeccable. These are restaurant service professionals in every way. Today, we were greeted warmly at the reception desk. Then Daniel served us expertly throughout. His approach should be copied everywhere. Friendly but never intrusive, he anticipated our needs and responded promptly to every request. A+ service. Generous martinis shaken table side by Daniel. My wife and I each started with a delicious jumbo shrimp cocktail. (Ask for extra horseradish to jack up the cocktail sauce.) For entrees, my wife enjoyed one of the daily specials: a shaved ribeye steak sandwich, served on a toasted sub roll, with melted Swiss, cippoline onions, horseradish cream sauce. This was accompanied by Capital Grille’s excellent truffle-Parm fries. A bullseye. I had the Capital Grille cobb salad with sliced beef tenderloin. The salad is hearty but portioned just right, and tossed in a mustard vinaigrette. Very nice. The Capital Grille is that rare restaurant where I can’t even offer constructive feedback. Expect to be wowed.
