Absolutely perfect! Date night was successful , from the moment we came into the restaurant we were greeted sat down a z tended to.the bone in rib-eye with the porchimni mushroom rub and 15 year old balsamic vinaigrette was absolutely incredible great bottle of red wine the lobster bisque was phenomenal. The crime brûlée coconut cheesecake was just fantastic. Cappuccino hot and frothy the ceasar salad was great.

As usual this place is great, good drinks great food. This was my mothers first time there and she loved it. Will be back again!

The food is always very good here and this visit was no exception. Service is generally top notch and friendly, although this time it just efficient. My companion was somewhat distressed later that evening to realize that she had been served caffeinated coffee instead of decaf despite being assured otherwise.

Our visit was fabulous. We celebrated a friend's birthday and TCG always makes everyone feel special. We had salmon, sliders and sliced steak.....more than delicious. Dessert was outstanding and the service...the best! Thanks so much for making our lunch an afternoon to remember.

Reservations are always on time, amazing staff from the valet on in. Food and drinks were great. Staff always attentive and never rush you.

Celebrating our wedding anniversary at The Capitol Grille was an absolute delight from start to finish. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for a truly memorable evening. From the appitizer to main course and not forgetting the dersert was a symphony of flavors and textures that danced on our taste buds. What truly elevated our experience was the impeccable service. The staff at The Capitol Grille went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our dining experience was flawless. From the attentive waitstaff to the knowledgeable sommelier, everyone was committed to making our anniversary celebration truly memorable. Overall, its a great place to celebrate special occasions.

I eat there about once a month with different people. The server I had this time was the absolute best. She was on top of everything even as far as refilling my iced tea before I had time to ask. I made sure to ask for her name (Mary Alyce) so I can hopefully get her every time I'm there! She made what is normally a good time, great.

What a gem! Haven't been here in years since I've been to the philly location but wow was this quite the experience! Our waitress Tamera was very knowledgeable about my girlfriend's gluten free requirements and also very personable and attentive. The executive chef came out to ask how our food was and that meant the world to us. If I could throw 100 stars and 100 recommendations of please visit this place I would! We can't wait to go back!

Ambiance and service was good but you went to Capital Grill for the food. I asked for medium rare for my steak and so did my son. At best our steak was medium well. No red-overcooked and chewy, not soft. We celebrated my wife’s birthday and expected a better experience since we’ve been to the Capital Grill in center city Philadelphia. We live in NJ so we tried our local branch and left very disappointed.

My wife and I took our son to dinner for his birthday. We were seated promptly, and there was a birthday card and birthday decorations on the table Amanda the server was terrific. Her drink order and appetizer order. The main course came out cooked perfectly overall it was a great dinner. We’ll be back.

Just horrible. It is amazing the quality has suffered. The last two visits it was a 30 minute wait from our reservation time. Then the staff was literally taking away our appetizer plates before we finished to rush us in and out for the entire dinner as I guess they needed the table. The steak was dry and $500 for people should get a much nicer experience. I’m not going back there are other options in town.

We did not have a good experience at all. The service was below par and rushed. My steak was over cooked…cream spinach served with no salt..truffle fries were soggy..not sure what was going on here. Overall very disappointed

Captial grille is actually my favorite restaurant! I dine here about 3 times a month. This experience was a less than I’m use to from this establishment. I understand it was Easter so it was a bit busy. I waited 20 mins just for our waiter to come to the table. He was pleasant but it was clear he had a lot going on. I ordered my usual lamb. It was cooked to perfection. So was my lobster crab cake. My asparagus was charred burnt. I sent it back and got the creamed spinach. It came out so cold and nasty. Dessert was a chocolate cake with ice cream which was good. It was also my fiancée birthday and I stated that in my reservation but it was never acknowledged. Do better
