The Auld Hundred serves up traditional yet tasty British pub grub, washed down by a great selection of beers, wines and spirits.

At our central location on 100 Rose Street you can unwind in our classic pub interior, or enjoy a bite to eat in our expansive upstairs dining area inspired by Scotland itself.

Auld Hundred's menu is bursting with high quality burgers, steaks, pies, our famous fish & chips and a few of the classic Scottish comfort dishes. On the drinks list, we have a crackin' selection of cask ales as well as premium wine, beers, ciders and malt whisky.

    Once again fantastic visit to The Auld Hundred. Had to rearrange time for lunch at short notice and was accommodated no problem. Great food and drink, great staff and a great price. Never fails.

    A very relaxed experience enhanced by genuinely lovely service. Given its location in the heart of Edinburgh's tacky tartan strip, could easily be a cynical tourist trap, but instead it's a lovely welcoming place with very decent food and exceptionally good value.

    Such a fun place to grab a drink or eat a meal. Stick to British dishes—the steak pie is excellent. Loved the whiskey flights. Service was quite friendly.

    First time at The Auld Hundred. Public transport had us running late, however I called to advise and the staff were able to pop note on our booking. Arrived and our table was ready and waiting for us. Service was spot on, getting our order dealt with quickly and efficiently. Food was superb, especially the rhubarb & custard cheesecake 😍👌🏼🤤. Will definitely be visiting this place again!!!

    Went for the Thai Chicken Curry, it was really disappointing, was more like a curry from a jar, that’s not what we expected from a restaurant of this quality
