Chef Sangjan began her culinary career in 5 stars restaurant at Grand Hyatt Bangkok .Chef Sangjan was invited to be a head chef for a very first Thai cuisine in Dallas since 2001 .She provided and created so many specialty sauces and dishes for her customer.

Our family of 11 made reservations at went for Saturday early dinner. The grandbabies loved the orange chicken. I had the vegetable stir fry with shrimp at a heat level 2. In the bowl was a lot of leeks and beam sprouts, 5 tiny slices of carrot, and 5 or 6 medium sized shrimp with the tails on. The heat level was appropriate, but then all i could taste was leeks. Nothing else. Why do restaurants expect you to burn your fingers and pluck shrimp tails off hot shrimp? The service was ok. As were the drinks. Beware when paying your bill. Their screen for payment doesn’t let you see your check and already incurred service fees! My husband didn’t know she already included 20%, until he tipped her and we got a paper bill receipt for 3 people, that we paid $75 in tips. We will not return.

Best Thai food ever!!! We use to frequent their last location and when we walked in it was like coming home! We never went inside to the last location always did delivery so I was great to walk in and dine. Our little girls LOVED EVERYTHING and they are picky!!!!
