The food is delicious. The service is exceptional. The ambiance is warm and welcoming. Not only is it a great date night restaurant but it is a suitable place for families.

                                                                                                                                                                                              While I'm a huge fan and go here often, tonight I wasn't impressed with the gaucho service. Usually they tend to make an effort to cover the whole dining room equally, tonight they favored the front of the restaurant heavily which was unfortunate since we were seated in the back (ironically right by the grill window and I could watch them always taking the turn away from us). The meats we did get though (had to request through our server consistently) were delicious as always. Lamb Picana, leg of lamb, flank steak, filet wrapped in bacon, just to name a few. Salad bar was stocked up an fresh as always as well. I'll be back, and hopefully with a better gaucho experience.

                                                                                                                                                                                              We found hair in the bacon wrapped sirloin, service was rushed, they often skipped some at the table. Management was not apologetic about the hair. This was not our first visit however this time it was not pleasant. All staff seemed careless, lacking enthusiasm, and just clearly not wanting to do their job. Disappointing

For some of us it was a first experience dining here and were amazed of the great service and amazing food. Definitely we will be back soon! 👍

We live 2.5 hours away and will make the trip to eat here! Their steaks, chicken, lamb are amazing, their salad bar is second to none! Highly recommend!!
