1. I made a reservation. I received a confirmation text the day before to which I confirmed. The day of, I received a confirmation phone call. I felt like a two-year-old who couldn't be trusted. 2. We repeatedly asked for meat cooked medium-rare. My specific request for medium-rare filet was not recognized at all and the steak continously came out medium-well. 3. I hace purchased a VIP card for the last three years. On this visit after presenting my VIP card, I was told I could not use a gift card I had received as a Christmas gift. Not sure I understand that part. Someone paid cash for the gift card I wanted to pay for my dinner with or I pay cash for my dinner. So what is the problem? This was just disappointing. I likely will not purchase a VIP card or return in the future. And no, I don't need to come back to spend my gift cards. Nice try, but I did give them to the couple sitting at the table next to me.

Requested upstairs and they said for 2 instead of 3 so I guess they messed up the reservation.

I was surprised at how busy it was early on Sunday. The meal was delightful as always. I think the servers were overwhelmed and over worked for the amount of people that were there. Overall it was a positive experience

Visits to the Texas de Brazil Fort Worth location is generally always a good experience, and this time was no different. The meat was fresh, hot and served promptly, and the salad bar accoutrements were delicious and well stocked, as always. We arrived at 11:05 for our 11:15 reservation on Mother's Day and the hostesses were doing their best to seat everyone quickly, but it seemed rather chaotic and disorganized. Our server was fantastic, but was very very busy and looked like he needed help. The gauchos were on awesome, ensuring we had each meat how we wanted it, except I wish they looked a little harder at the cards on the table if they were red or green. If they cards are too hard for them to see, maybe a new system is needed, or brighter cards. The meats were cooked very well, but some were much saltier than usual, and I had to scrape off the outside of the meet. Overall, still a great place to go for a nice occasion; I just wish people who came to eat here dressed up more instead of looking like they're going to a crawfish boil.

Bacon wrapped filet was exceptional! Tender and cooked to perfection. Everything was delicious but the filet was outstanding. Antonin was our meat carver and was wonderful in getting the meats right for 3 different tastes. Thanks so much!

Best service I’ve had in a long time. The waiter was very attentive. My two guests have never been to a Brazilian style restaurant and Texas De Brazil did a good job on impressing them. Food was excellent as usual. Looking forward to another visit

Awesome crew serving us! The food was amazing and great for the value. The restaurant was a little louder than we’d like but for a restaurant that’s got a lot of moving parts like this kind, it’s to be expected.

we had a party of six, great times, was for a birthday. Food is great, salad bar is more than I expected. great place to go and enjoy friends with great food. I gave 4 stars for service, because drinks ordered took a long time to show up, more than once and when we asked for certain meat cuts to come our way, we had to ask several times.

Overall a pretty good experience! The salad bar and the meat is phenomenal as always! We went on a busy night so service was hit and miss and we had a long wait for our bar drinks. Booked upstairs seating when reserving, but upon arrival was told the upstairs is “closed” during the week. The downstairs was loud and at times with was hard to hear.

Doesn't do any good to make reservations if they're not going to honor them. We had reservations for 745 pm. We were there by 735 pm. They sat 3 walk in groups after 745 pm and we had reservations. We did not get sat until 755 pm and that was after I asked for a manager. I asked him what good does it do to make reservations if they're not going to honor them. He never gave me an answer.

I've been a customer at Texas de Brazil for many, many years. Last night's visit was somewhat mediocre and not up to their usual standards. The server was less than friendly, and the gauchos were very slow in bringing their offerings to my table. Many times we had to ask for specific selections because no one had come by. I've had better service in the past.

Pricey as usual but well worth it. They had the second floor shut off which made it a little more crowded on the 1st but it is understandable, especially if you've ever worked in the industry.

Had a reservation, showed up on time and they didn't have a table for us. Others at the same time were seated. After about 15 minutes they found a table for us. But it was seated right by the kitchen and registers. Made a first time experience not so great. Food was good, and our waitress was great though!

Lots of pros & cons! The restaurant decor is nice, but I didn’t love having to walk up two flights of stairs to my table (and making that trip more than once to go down to the salad bar—then carry my food upstairs!) Tables are close together and crowded, and the wait line was out the door even for those with reservations just to be checked in. The staff was friendly and the beef tasted amazing, but something (maybe from salad bar?) didn’t agree with my stomach for the next 24 hours. With the price of dinner for two at $130+tip, we probably won’t return. It is a neat experience to eat unlimited meat, but you’ll have to weigh the pros & cons to decide if it’s worth the cost.

I only gave I higher service because our waitress, Stephani, was great. She was very patient with our requests and very friendly. But when it was time to pay, she needed a manager to approve the birthday coupon. We had to wait 20 minutes because the manager was AWOL. It was very uncomfortable sitting at a cleared table for so long and I was looking for Stephani to just pay as it was when the manager finally came over. She wasn't really apologetic, either.

Food was very good. I’ve been to another Brazilian steakhouse though that was slightly better. Service at the door could’ve been better, but service at the table was amazing. Don’t care for the huge mirrors on the walls surrounding you, but I realize this probably helps them find people who want more meat.

One of our favorite places but on this visit it was entirely too loud and our server was not very good. He was not attentive and responsive as we have become accustomed to experiencing. Begging for water refills and dessert tray explanation is just ridiculous. Plus waiting forever to get corrected receipt was insane. So was not the pleasurable experience that we anticipated. Plus they did not allow the complimentary birthday dessert. That was very disappointing.

The service was not good, the server was not attentive and took 20 minutes to just to come greet us. And then after that he only came by to check on us once every 30 minutes. The food was good but we were seated in an area that wasn’t easy to get to so we didn’t get much meat, and kept getting skipped over. It was our first time here and probably our last. I wouldn’t rush back here anytime soon.

I just love coming back ever since my first time on Valentine’s Day of this year I can not stop coming back lol.. The staff are amazing and love the area and very neat and the salad bar omg it is so darn good.
