I made a reservation. I received a confirmation text the day before to which I confirmed. The day of, I received a confirmation phone call. I felt like a two-year-old who couldn't be trusted. 2. We repeatedly asked for meat cooked medium-rare. My specific request for medium-rare filet was not recognized at all and the steak continously came out medium-well. 3. I hace purchased a VIP card for the last three years. On this visit after presenting my VIP card, I was told I could not use a gift card I had received as a Christmas gift. Not sure I understand that part. Someone paid cash for the gift card I wanted to pay for my dinner with or I pay cash for my dinner. So what is the problem? This was just disappointing. I likely will not purchase a VIP card or return in the future. And no, I don't need to come back to spend my gift cards. Nice try, but I did give them to the couple sitting at the table next to me.

The meal was delightful as always. I think the servers were overwhelmed and over worked for the amount of people that were there. Overall it was a positive experience

                                                                                                                                                                                                Visits to the Texas de Brazil Fort Worth location is generally always a good experience, and this time was no different. The meat was fresh, hot and served promptly, and the salad bar accoutrements were delicious and well stocked, as always. We arrived at 11:05 for our 11:15 reservation on Mother's Day and the hostesses were doing their best to seat everyone quickly, but it seemed rather chaotic and disorganized. Our server was fantastic, but was very very busy and looked like he needed help. The gauchos were on awesome, ensuring we had each meat how we wanted it, except I wish they looked a little harder at the cards on the table if they were red or green. If they cards are too hard for them to see, maybe a new system is needed, or brighter cards. The meats were cooked very well, but some were much saltier than usual, and I had to scrape off the outside of the meet. Overall, still a great place to go for a nice occasion; I just wish people who came to eat here dressed up more instead of looking like they're going to a crawfish boil.

Tender and cooked to perfection. Everything was delicious but the filet was outstanding. Antonin was our meat carver and was wonderful in getting the meats right for 3 different tastes.
