Was ignored most of the time was sat right under the air which was blasting so everything was cold at our table I usually love this location but this visit I was so disappointed

Was a bit underwhelmed this time. Service wasn't what we have grown accustomed to, but then again, it was Mothers Day, so I'm sure the more tenured staff were off for the evening. Food was still pretty much spot on. A couple of cuts were a bit overdone and chewy, but the flavor was everything you could want.

A family of eight dined on Mother’s Day. The food and service was excellent. Héctor was our server. And he was very attentive, super friendly and professional in his mannerisms. It was a bit loud but overall we had a great dining experience. The restaurant was understandably running 30 minutes behind on our reservation but they treated us so well and definitely worth the wait. Thank you for making my Mother’s Day meal very enjoyable.

Food was delicious, staff was kind! Had a reservation for 7:15p but did not get seated until 8:30p. Would have appreciated a heads up at check in or a complimentary drink while we waited.

We ended up waiting over an hour for our reservation. Was disappointed with having to stand for so long. What is the point of making a reservation if we have to wait that long? Also other people with reservations were waiting over 2 hrs. Upon arrival we were told you’ll be “seated in a few minutes” honestly expectations should have been set and we should’ve been informed that reservations were backed up 1-2 hrs.

I’ve been to Texas de Brazil before with my mom and wanted to share the experience with my mom and son on Mother’s Day weekend. We made reservations for 6PM and arrived at 5:49P. I note the time only because we waited over an hour to be seated and the reason for the delay was another party of 3 checked in at 5:35. Are we going by check-in times or by reservation times? The hostess was less than helpful and stated “we are running behind on reservations”. I asked for an approximate ETA. Same response! I checked again at 6:30 - same response. My son checked and he was told there were 3 people in front of us. After 4 other patrons were seated; I asked and was told we’d be seated in 10 minutes. It was another 15 minutes before we were finally sat. The onus was on seating larger parties and not tables of 2,3 or 4. There was another couple that arrived around the save time we did, with reservations as well, and it took close to 2 hours for them to be seated. I understand it was Mother’s Day weekend, graduations and birthday parties but it defeats the purpose of making a reservation and still have over an hour wait. The food was excellent and we had an amazing server but the check-in/hostess could use some help.

Felt rushed I was not done eating when server was already offering dessert.only 3 meat selections stoped by .i never turned my card to red and the meat stoped coming.Very disappointed with my overall experience today . Will not be going back to the Addison location.
