We have been your Patrons since 2001. Today, Father's Day- June 16- 2024... an extremely rude waiter/server asked me to move the plate. My hands were all occupied plus there was plenty of room ... I told him to set his "Serving/Cutting board" next to the empty spot... He just walked away... YES, he just walked away and refused to serve me. I asked for a manager, a person named Jessica came by, I conveyed to her everything... as I was not finished with my statements, she said "I am sorry, I have other customers to see..." I replied " Wait, I am not done yet..."...she simply walked away... it is quite indicative that her behavior has been passed down to the Serving Staff members... Lastly, I asked for a "manager above her"... a lady named "Jessie" or "Jesse" came... this time, she did listen and apologized for the disservice. I told her that "Balu" was our waiter for years... and He was great... Balu immediately recognized us... In any event, this type of service cannot be tolerated. I still gave a 15% gratuaty due general mgr Jessie's apologitic attitute...

Staff is friendly, food is great, their picanha taste excellent made the family time great.

We were saddened that our regular waiter Alex is no longer there he was an excellent waiter he already knew what we were getting to drink and the service he gave was awesome but the service we had 6/15 was not good the food is always amazing but it was the service the waitress gave us was disappointing she took forever to greet us and we were not a priority at all her initials start with a "B" the waiter in the section next to hers was being helpful and checked on us.

Overall a good experience! We went on Friday for an early Father’s day for lunch. We knew there would be a condensed menu, but didn’t know there wouldn’t be lobster bisque until we arrived. For the life of me, I couldn’t find the lunch menu anywhere online. There were still plenty of meat options, and an almost full salad bar. It was a bit noisy, but I guess it always is. The price is reasonable for lunch. Service was fine - it does take a minute for them to come back if you want your meat cooked differently than what they bring. And the drink cups are a bit small. We all had tea and given that everything is so salty, we felt like we were constantly asking for refills.

The food was great, bringing the meat verities around steadily. The salad bar is great lots of items to select from.

Texas de Brazil was great, The service and staff were very cordial and attentive. The salad bar was super as was the main entrees (meats). The parking area was large enough to accommodate all the cars.
