                They ruined our NIght! Was my husbands Birthday, I booked days in advance for our family of 4. It was a hockey night so my husband wanted to be out for dinner and drinks and have a good time. However, the hosts decided to only reserve us a table outside. I didn't ask for a table outside and when making a reservation, the company should not assume outside is ok unless requested. I would assume if I have a reso, it's for a table in the building. It was raining for the most part of the day as well... so by the early evening , the sun broke out. Which means if it was still raining... where would you have put us???? The whole family was upset, had to settle my kids as they were not happy Dads birthday was now ruined. I asked the front hosts 2 times to fix this... but they refused. Never will I step foot in this place again. No respect for a reso and obviously just wanted to cram as many people as possible in the place and not prioritize their resos. What a joke. Also didn't appreciate the tall male host at the front looking us up and down with the girls and laughing after we walked away. You have ignorant, incompetent, disrespectful children working for you. Thanks for giving me something to share with everyone I know !

                Came in to celebrate my birthday with some friends had wonderful experience with Jayla as our server the food was amazing service was great and also had a great experience with the bartender working unfortunately didn’t get the chance to grab his name but thank you tap and barrel will definitely becoming back soon

                We have eaten a lot at this chain, whole family came for mother’s day. Meals all can staggered, one meal never came, asked twice for it, kitchen had run out of basil for pizza, everyone had almost finished their food, asked for pizza anyway without basil. Chicken burgers for two of us were cold and soggy. Music was too loud to even have conversation and we were seated by door to patio which was constantly having servers going in and out, very windy and cool, asked for door to be closed eventually. No one in our group enjoyed the experience.

                Our reservation was at 1:15 . We did not get served our food until after 2:30. One of our family members received a cold steak. Terrible service . Will never go back

                Made reservation for 8 pm , waited for 25-30 minutes for sever to just show up ( what’s the point of reservation) Finally server came waited another 20-25 minutes Service shows up and says “ I am sorry kitchen just told that they are out of Pizza dough ( this is 25 minutes after us ordering two pizzas) “ Finally reordered , overall food was good but delay in service was disappointing.
