They ruined our NIght! Was my husbands Birthday, I booked days in advance for our family of 4. It was a hockey night so my husband wanted to be out for dinner and drinks and have a good time. However, the hosts decided to only reserve us a table outside. I didn't ask for a table outside and when making a reservation, the company should not assume outside is ok unless requested. I would assume if I have a reso, it's for a table in the building. It was raining for the most part of the day as well... so by the early evening , the sun broke out. Which means if it was still raining... where would you have put us???? The whole family was upset, had to settle my kids as they were not happy Dads birthday was now ruined. I asked the front hosts 2 times to fix this... but they refused. Never will I step foot in this place again. No respect for a reso and obviously just wanted to cram as many people as possible in the place and not prioritize their resos. What a joke. Also didn't appreciate the tall male host at the front looking us up and down with the girls and laughing after we walked away. You have ignorant, incompetent, disrespectful children working for you. Thanks for giving me something to share with everyone I know !

Came in to celebrate my birthday with some friends had wonderful experience with Jayla as our server the food was amazing service was great and also had a great experience with the bartender working unfortunately didn’t get the chance to grab his name but thank you tap and barrel will definitely becoming back soon

We have eaten a lot at this chain, whole family came for mother’s day. Meals all can staggered, one meal never came, asked twice for it, kitchen had run out of basil for pizza, everyone had almost finished their food, asked for pizza anyway without basil. Chicken burgers for two of us were cold and soggy. Music was too loud to even have conversation and we were seated by door to patio which was constantly having servers going in and out, very windy and cool, asked for door to be closed eventually. No one in our group enjoyed the experience.

Our reservation was at 1:15 . We did not get served our food until after 2:30. One of our family members received a cold steak. Terrible service . Will never go back

Made reservation for 8 pm , waited for 25-30 minutes for sever to just show up ( what’s the point of reservation) Finally server came waited another 20-25 minutes Service shows up and says “ I am sorry kitchen just told that they are out of Pizza dough ( this is 25 minutes after us ordering two pizzas) “ Finally reordered , overall food was good but delay in service was disappointing.

We celebrated my husband's 40th birthday here with a group of friends. We were given the best spot in the restaurant which was almost like a private room on the second floor, with an unobstructed view of Rogers Arena. Our server was amazing, very attentive, and catered to the needs of the little kids in our group as well. The food was delicious: we had the hummus and truffle fries for appies, and I had the pesto linguine. We would definitely come back here again. Thank you for a great night!

We were put onto a small table for 4 people which made it kinda difficult by the bar. The service was good and the food was good. Was really loud that it was really hard to hear eachother talking. Other then that was a good experience

Food was good. Server was overwhelmed and actually forgot about us for a prolonged period of time. It was one of the first busy patio days and it looked like they were understaffed. She also had a party of 12 sit at the same time. Overall the level of non existent service I’ve come to expect from chain. Go for the views and food- avoid if you’re looking for any level or service or drink refill…

When booking we had selected the outdoor seating as we were wanting to sit out on the patio and enjoy the sun. Turns out if you book for patio it doesn’t mean you’ll get, it it’s first come first serve.. why even have it as an option then? We could have went anywhere else with a patio. 4 tables on the patio outside were available. Horrible service, when ordering our drinks before we even ordered the drink the waitress pointed at me and my friend and said do you two have ids with such a dirty face. She was also touching our partners on the shoulder etc. Will never come back here. Horrible service, horrible server and even worse reservation bookings. Save your time and money and go to a different patio

My friend and I made a reservation for two for early Friday dinner. They tried to stick us at a tiny table jammed in between 2 tables that both had young kids. We asked to move and were moved to a table just across from there. There were a lot of families with young kids in the place - not what I expected. The service was fine, the food was okay. I ordered fish & chips, but the fish was soggy - not just the batter, but the fish itself. It tasted more like fish sticks than an actual flaky fish fillet. The whole experience was underwhelming; I won't be going back.

We have lunch or drinks here throughout the year - in fall and winter for football, and spring and summer for the patio. Food and service are consistently good and prices are reasonable, especially on happy hour. Downstairs washroom could use a little more attention as it was out of both paper towel and toilet paper on our recent visit and there is no hand dryer.

Celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary diner here and there was something for everyone on the menu! The server was amazing and a bit busy but the manager was even helping out which shows the level of customer service they want to provide. Can’t beat the views

I had the veggie quesadilla, it was delicious, full of cheese and very spicy. It came with fresh guac which was also very tasty. My partner had the braised short rib burger, which was also excellent. It was busy but the service was still very good.

Server was extremely rude. Talking about us with the other servers after we paid. We moved tables and she did not move a single thing for us we carried all the cutler and glasses over. Very snobby and poor manners. She also announced the bill out loud while passing the machine. Which I ever never seen happen before. Then after we paid she made a hand gesture to the staff on how much I tipped. Will not be coming back again anytime soon. This lady was French and started speaking about us, as my gf is also French so we knew what she was saying. She is French and has blonde and darkish hair. I would hope you would do something about it

The table we were seated at was uncomfortable and noisy. We requested a move, but was told no. We almost left. The food and service was good.

Ordered from the Dine Out Vancouver dinner menu...all three courses were delicious! Added a glass of red from the Happy Hour menu to complete the meal. The service was excellent!
