Wonderful food. Excellent service. Brioche French toast was excellent. Eggs Benedict was outstanding after I got more hollandaise, it was pretty skimpy at first. Avocado toast was also lovely. Will be back next time we are in San Antonio.

Our first time to visit Supper and what a fantastic experience! We were seated by the large windows overlooking the river walk which set the scene perfectly. Our server was attentive without being pushy and made some great recommendations from the menu along with wine pairing. The food was delicious for both of us. A real stand-out dish, in our opinion, was the mushroom risotto which was out of this world! I cannot recommend Supper highly enough

Our 1st time here. Server was over committed as another server was out sick. She did a nice job however. Food was quite tasty and prepared as ordered.

A friend and I, on vacation, happened upon Supper when looking for a restaurant away from the crowds of Fiesta. The entire experience was lovely from the atmosphere, to the service to the food. Supper is located inside Hotel Emma which in itself is beautiful as is the setting , amongst other restaurants and businesses, all in reclaimed buildings.

The service was impeccable and the food was really good. It was my husband's birthday and they started us off with a glass of bubbles to celebrate and followed up at the end with some special desserts. We had the special Halibut Ceviche as an appetizer and had a nice twist on traditional ceviche by incorporating coconut milk into the dish. We then split the Mushroom Rissoto. The mushrooms and truffles stood out welll, rissoto was perfectly cooked but I felt like a bit too much goat cheese was in the dish. To each his own right? We'll be back!

The dinner was pretty good but there could be some improvements to the service and entrees. The atmosphere there is great - the outside patio is pleasant and nice along the river. Cocktail options were varied and pretty good. We started with the steak tartare, which was delicious. Lots of varied flavors and the pepitas gave it good texture. For entrees, we had the red fish and quail. While the fish was well cooked and tasty, the sauce was a huge detractor to the dish. They called it a "kumquat peri peri", which to me would be a bright, citrusy spicy sauce (and the water even said it was spicy). However, instead it was not spicy at all and was a too-sweet tomato-tasting sauce which paired poorly with the bring olive and orange flavors. I tried my best not to get it on the fish as I ate it. The quail said smoked and fried - and was definitely just a breaded fried quail. While it was okay, I feel like fine dining places need to stay away from trying to do fried poultry. I think they get the idea it's fun to do an up scale version of fried chicken and potatoes, however they are never going to compete with eatablished fried chicken places. This is ALL they do and they have perfected it. Fine dining needs to stick to what they are good at, which is (or at least should be) making complex dishes with incredible flavors. Instead they took a small, delicate tasting bird and made it meh. The service was also a detractor. While it was okay at first and drinks and food came out quickly, it was after receiving our entrees that we barely saw our waiter again. He did not come by to check how the mains were and we ran out of water at dinner and were never offered anything else. He came by after we been done for a while and asked if we wanted desert menus. I said no, but my partner wanted to see about an after dinner cocktail, however he left too quickly for him to ask and did not come back for so long he gave up and we just got the check. Disappointing end.

The risotto was so salty it was inedible. My husband had the quail which was fried and dried out. Our friend’s steak was delicious as was their fish. The Brussels sprouts were the best!

“Supper” is an especially delightful place with its hospitable service, overall ambiance, and appealing menu. The strawberry cottage cheese pancakes were light, flavorful without being overly sweet, and beautifully presented. Thank you, “Supper”!

A memorable dining experience. The grilled redfish and fried quail were prepared to perfection. The salads were fresh twists on classics--highly recommend the Cesar salad. The service was first rate and Alejandra could not have been more pleasant and professional. Supper is our "go to" place in San Antonio.

This place was incredible! The country fried quail was delicious and the brussel sprouts were the best I’ve ever tasted. All their cocktails were amazing, especially their Pymm’s cup. Highly recommend!!!

Food lacked flavor and was WAY too expensive for taste and portion size. $44 for a mushroom and goat cheese risotto with no protein is crazy. Waitstaff good.

Wait staff made up for the not so great meal. The food used to be better here. Don't get me wrong, I have had worst, but for the price we expect greatness!! We have eated here several times but this time was sub par. Service was excelent

We had a lovely dinner outside. Our server was so special. Checking on us just enough but not too much. Both of us enjoyed our dinners. This is one of my favorite restaurants in San Antonio!
