Our locally owned restaurant offers a refreshing collection of Seasonal American Cuisine in an intimate and contemporary setting. Our seasonally changing menu emphasizes our creativity and passion for using the freshest ingredients possible and supporting local growers and ranchers. Join us for a memorable evening of delicious food with friends. In addition to our warm and inviting dining rooms, we have outdoor seating on our patios when weather permits.                                         We come up once a month from Boulder, now we come twice a month! All our visiting, out of Towners just Love it as well. We love the attention to detail & attention they give to each table.

                                        Sugarbeet is our favorite high end restaurant in the Longmont, Niwot, Boulder area. Delicious food always, in a quiet area of the restaurant where we always like to sit. Sugarbeet consistently offers a variety of Starters, Salads, Entrees and Desserts, and great wine offerings. The owners and staff are first rate.

                                        One friend who lost her husband a few years ago wrote to tell me how much she enjoyed going out for a really good meal. We had a great time and everyone enjoyed the food and service. Thank you Sugar Beet!

                                        The food and service were excellent. The value was excellent, too, especially for the wines on the extensive wine list. This restaurant is a gem.

                                        Wonderful, comprehensive experience for us and two other couples - the sous came out and met our table & we got some great recommendations for bottles of wine - we loved it

                                        The Strawberry Sage Rita was excellent! Tasty and beautifully served! It's the 2nd time I've had the Carnaroli Risotto, shrimp added, and it has been superb both times. My husband said the same about the Walleye. We would definitely recommend Sugarbeet for a fine dining experience. The larger room was a little loud for us "old folks, but the food was worth it.
