Our locally owned restaurant offers a refreshing collection of Seasonal American Cuisine in an intimate and contemporary setting. Our seasonally changing menu emphasizes our creativity and passion for using the freshest ingredients possible and supporting local growers and ranchers.                                         We were there for Friday happy hour a real gem as most do not offer happy hour on Friday night. We had sizzling shrimp and gespachio. Shrimp was delicious and gespachio was good but a bit spicy for us.

                                        Exceptional calamari appetizer and the rack of lamb was perfectly cooked! My wife had the risotto which was also very good. All in all, a wonderful meal and fantastic service! We will be returning soon I hope.

                                        Sugarbeet has been fantastic every time we've been over the past year. The food is on point, well seasoned, creative, and beautifully plated. I'm pretty sure I've had everything on the menu at this point and each dish is delicious and makes sense. The cocktails are amazing as well and the wine list is thoughtfully chosen. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Ari never fails to greet us personally and excels as host/co-owner/bar tender, etc. I really can't say enough how much we enjoy going to Sugarbeet, whether it's for a special occasion or just a nice night out.

                                        I’ve been patronizing Sugarbeet since the restaurant opened. Our meal last night was spectacular, easily the best we’ve had under the ‘new’ ownership. Five stars all around!

                                        We come up once a month from Boulder, now we come twice a month! All our visiting, out of Towners just Love it as well. We love the attention to detail & attention they give to each table.
